Situated between Lliria and Casinos, this 2 bedroom self-contained casita is ideal for anyone wanting a peaceful holiday and wishing to get away from it all. Just a 20 minute car drive into Valencia where you will need more than a day or two to enjoy this vast city with some outstanding buildings and tree lined avenues and boulavards. There are numerous places to visit for all tastes and wonderful places to eat and drink at prices far less than most places. Lliria, a town of 20,000 is an old and new place which gives a feeling of real Spain. Enjoy the old narrow streets and purchase home grown fruit from the doorsteps of peoples houses, sit outside one the many bars and sample tapas with the locals, until the early hours.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region

Valencia is Spain’s third largest city. It sits on the Mediterranean, in the middle of the Costa Azahar shoreline, and just to the north of the Costa Blanca.
The city is surrounded by the fertile plains of the Orange Blossom Coast. The region features endless miles of lush orange groves and is famed for paella – its celebrated rice dish. The near perfect climate makes the area an ideal location for enjoying the outdoor life in Spain. This colourful city and surroundings hosts year-round fiestas.

Lliria / Camp De Lliria area

Just a 20 minute drive to the bustling city of Valencia with its wonderful selection of shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife and beaches. Lliria known as 'The City of Music' has its own theatre, supermarkets, a train station which takes you straight into the heart of Valencia. Camp de Lliria is just off the CV35 motorway between Lliria and Casinos. A 15 minute drive will take you through some beuatiful old villages and arrive at the famous Cheste racetrack where the Moto GP is staged and Grand Prix practice sessions take place. The Formula 1 Grand Prix in Valencia is a 20 minute drive or is ideally reached by Tram/light railway.One of the numerous beaches is at Alberaeuor where you can laze in the sun,swim in the warm sea and take a stroll around the Marina before having a meal at one of the many restaurants/bars at the back of the beach. Fishing is very popular in the area for Beach casting enthusiasts or on an organised boat trip. Keen course fishing anglers will be amazed at the beuatiful lakes and rivers on offer just a short drive away. Carp, Barbel, Pike and the famous Black Bass are in good stocks. Information and help in planning these or other activities can be arranged prior to your arrival. Just 10 kms away and you can go horse riding and enjoy a late evening with barbecue and local wines. Travel 40mins south to another 4* beach with a giant water park. After all the excitment you can return home, have a nice dip in the pool and unwind on the terrace whilst watching the sun go down over the hills.Alternativly you can stroll to a British owned bar and sample good internatonal beers and wines and good home cooking. The Spanish community will make you very welcome.

How to get there

Fly to Valencia Airport, then travel for 15 minutes along the CV35 motorway towards Ademuz. The casita is located on the outskirts of the small town of Lliria.

Metro or bus from Valencia, which takes approximately 40 minutes.

Can fly to Alicante and then travel for 2 hours up the main coastal motorway to Valencia

The casita is situated next to the owners residence down the garden.It has two twin bedrooms, lounge, kitchenette and shower room. The casita is equipped with DVD player and TV with British channels, so you won't miss your favourite soaps!!

It is totally private so you can sunbathe in peace. You may use the owners private pool and there are sun loungers, showers and outside dining table and chairs. The pool can be locked off if pepole have small children who need to be supervised. A welcome pack is available on request which we recommend as you will arrive and be able to take in some warm beverages, make a few sandwiches and wash it down with a local bottle of wine and few beers! This is charged on top of the rental. Please ask when enquiring.
