The villa is situated 5 mins from the quaint town of Casinos with local shops, bars and restaurants.The Apartment is fully self contained on the top floor of a large villa with independent access and all modern amenities.There is a large separate lounge with access to a spacious balcony which overlooks the stunning countryside and ancient ruin nestled in the surrounding mountains.
Relaxation is the predominant activity at this villa whether that involves swimming in the pool or simply watching the variety of sunsets from the large walled garden with its abundance of fruit trees and flowers.Watching the eagles and other birds is a common pastime throughout the day as they circle the surrounding countryside.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region
Lliria is the nearest large town to casinos and is an ancient, traditional Spanish location approx 20 kms from Valencia City. Spain's third-largest city, Valencia basks on the Mediterranean coast south of Barcelona. Amid rugged mountains and glorious orange groves, the city boasts impressive futuristic architecture, neon-lit fountains, a colourful old town and a bustling beach. The easiest way to explore the city is on the fast, efficient metro trains or, in the central areas, on foot. For a real taste of Valencia, try its famous nightlife, arrive during April's Las Fallas festival or try local firewater, Agua de Valencia. However if you venture inland towards the mountains you will discover traditional small spanish towns with wonderful character and nearby lakes with an abundance of activities to keep yourself occupied.

How to get there
Fly to Valencia Airport, then travel for 15 minutes along the CV35 motorway towards Ademuz. Follow signs to Casinos then the property is 5mins NE of Casinos. Metro or bus from Valencia, which takes approximately 40 minutes to Lliria and I can pick you up from the Station.
Owner is more than willing to meet and greet if available.
ALternatively fly to Alicante and then travel for 2 hours up the main coastal motorway to Valencia

For visitors wanting to reside whilst looking for spanish property to buy themselves may come on a short/long stay after speaking with the owners. There may also be the possibility for pets to accompany them but would have to reside outside in kennel only, and not to enter accommodation.
