The house is situated on one of the most saught after urbanisations in the area and benefits from mountain views and enclosed gardens. It has a large communal swimming pool which is only shared by 8 houses, which is accessed via a gate at the end of the garden. The house itself has a 35 foot lounge with freeview British Telly installed, so you wont miss Corrie! All other rooms have stunning views .
Whether you are looking for an active holiday like cycling in the mountains, or a lively holiday taking in all Valencia has to offer, maybe you just want a quiet family time, put the kids to bed and enjoy a few drinks in the warm air. This house has it all to offer.

The area is warm all year round, although, in the autumn winter months once the sun goes down you will need the heating on. With Valencia just a short drive down the road obviously there is no end of history and things to do. Lliria / La Pobla De Vallbona area
La Pobla De Vallbona is a small town just west of Valencia city, located between the ancient traditional town of LLiria and the more cosmopolitan and decadent town of L'Eliana. Local shops are plentiful, with a large supermaket at the entrance to the urbanisation, with a restaurant offering a superb daily menu del dia in very fine lavish surroundings available just 2 minutes walk from the house. also on the urbanisation is a pharmacy, The town is a 15 minute walk and is served by many different shops and bars with a market on a monday. slightly further afield only 2 stops down on the CV 35 there is a huge shopping centre which has a large Carrefour supermarket and many other shopping facilities including a cinema. further 5 mins drinve on the CV 35 will take you to the hustle and bustle of Heron City, where the nightlife is really buzzing all manner of restaurants, cinemas and bowling. Every town has annual fiestas, these vary from town to town, but a few to mention are the Betera Bull run, the Bunol Tomatina every August, and the Valencia Fallas every March, this is a real sight to behold with many celebrations. All in all the area has a lot to offer, whilst being in a nice quiet location, there is no end of fantastic shopping, great countryside and excellent nightlife.

Downstairs in the garage is a pub pool table and dart board which is free to be used by adults, or under adult supervision, also on this floor is a washing machine and tumble dryer, with the fifth bedroom to the left.
Upstairs benefits from four bedrooms, the master bedroom has a private balcony over looking the swimming pool, with the town of Liiria in the distance.
Further details outdoors: BBQ area with seating for 6 people, gated swimming pool, parking for one car on the drive, very peacefull and quiet area, but only a stones throw from everything you need.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any all male group bookings, also for winter months, we would need to add an additional charge for heating. I.E gas bottles and wood.
