Penyberth No.1 is an open plan bungalow with stunning sea views, situated between Pwllheli and Abersoch on Penyberth Caravan Park.
There are two identical bungalows each sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom en-suite).
The piece de resistance has to be the on-site nine-hole golf course and driving range, which is open all year around.
A contemporary bungalow situated on the family run Penyberth Caravan Park. The caravan park site is open between March 1st and October 31st and offers facilities for families only. The bungalows however are available all year around as is the adjacent golf course and driving range.
The bungalow has a large and spacious open plan living area – the fully fitted kitchen has a built-in fridge, a cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. Please note however that there is no freezer.
Open views from the kitchen window and patio doors over the fields of Penyberth farm to the sea is quite spectacular. As the crow flies the beach can only be a mile and a half away.
The dining table can seat six comfortably. The leather sofas and armchairs are perfect for watching the large flat-screen televisions after a day on the hills, on the beach or of course playing golf.
The main bedroom has a glamorous leather double bed and leads into a pretty en-suite bathroom with a shower fitted over the bath.
The back bedrooms overlook a large lawn area and have twin beds. All bedrooms are carpeted with synthetic duvets and pillows for any allergy sufferers. Contemporary furniture, original paintings, books and magazines add to the feeling of this being a home away from home.
A separate bathroom with shower, wc and basin is adjacent to the twin bedrooms.
The back- garden is shared between the two bungalows and offers a large enclosed playing area. The garden has a picnic table and a charcoal barbecue. The front of the bungalow has a wide tarmaced area with plenty of space for parking boats and cars.
Both bungalows have oil central heating, which is free of charge.
Electricity is by a £1 coin meter.
Freshly laundered bed linen is provided and beds are made up prior to arrival. Kitchen towels are supplied. Please bring your own towels.
Cots and high chairs are available by arrangement as are personal towels at £5 per person.
We regret that pets are not welcome– unless by prior arrangement with the owner.
Both bungalows are available as of 4 pm on Saturdays.
We kindly ask guests to vacate by 10 am on the morning of departure.
