Capel Iago is a detached stone cottage on the owners' organic farm, situated on the edge of the hamlet of Ty Mawr, near Llanybydder. There is a double with a small en-suite accessed via its own narrow staircase, and from the main staircase, a king-size double, a double with a futon and a single with additional folding bed. There is a bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen has a dining area, sofa and woodburner, and the sitting room has an open fire. Outside is off road parking for four cars, lockable bike storage, a front courtyard and a rear grassed area with decked patio, hot tub, furniture, fire bowl and BBQ. Capel Iago make an ideal base for this lovely part of Wales.

Note: Cottage next to B-road, some traffic noise may be heard when outdoors. Note: Stairs to double room are narrow and are open tread. Note: Guests are welcome to bring own horses to use stabling, paddock and sand school area at an additional charge and by prior arrangement with owner.

Llanybydder is a small town near Carmarthen and Lampeter. The town has shops and eateries, and is surrounded by lovely countryside for walking. From Llanybydder it is easy to visit the coast of west of south Wales.
