Enjoying a lovely rural location on top of the hill above Llanon village, this very comfortable barn conversion is perfect for exploring Ceredigion.
Situated between Aberystwyth and Aberaeron there are many superb beaches dotted along the coast including New Quay, Aberporth, Cwmtydu, Llangrannog and Llanrhystud where there is also a golf course and leisure centre.
Aberaeron is a beautiful Georgian town with stunning architecture painted in a rainbow of colours.
As well as the pretty harbour there are several interesting shops, restaurants and an ice cream parlour.
Llanon village has its own beach, church, 2 pubs, restaurant, village store, butcher, baker, tea rooms, Chinese takeaway and fish and chip shop.
Entrance is via a ramp into the open plan kitchen, sitting and dining room.
The KITCHEN has a tiled floor and is fitted with a range of units incorporating a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine.
The DINING AREA has floor to ceiling windows, an oak floor and a large farmhouse dining table with 6 chairs.
The SITTING AREA has an electric pebble fire in attractive surround, comfortable 3 piece suite, armchair, settle, coffee table, TV with DVD and video and a distant sea view through the patio doors. There are 3 bedrooms accessed from an inner hallway.
BEDROOM 1 has distant sea views, a double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table
BEDROOM 2 has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table.
BEDROOM 3 has twin beds, bedside chest, desk and built in wardrobe.
FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of curved shower bath, electric shower, WC and hand basin.
There is a CLOAKROOM with a WC and hand basin.
Garden & Parking
There is an enclosed patio area to the rear of the property with a picnic bench and seating, kettle barbecue and views over pasture towards the sea.
There is a brick built barbecue to the side of the barn and a washing line.
Parking space for up to 4 cars in front of the barn.
There is economy 7 and electric heating throughout the barn.
This is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 per week at all other times.Please pay at the time of booking.
A travel cot and a booster seat are available.
Bedlinen and towels are included in the rental.
