The cottage is set on once a working farm it was the former stable, built around 300 years ago. It has been extended to take advantage of the stunning rural views, incorporating some of the original character of the building and it has been modernised to a high standard with open plan design and under floor heating.
There is ample parking with a private lawn area and patio with table and chairs. A few yards away there is a children's play area, with swings, climbing frame and Wendy House and Arial walk ways leading to a castle. The cottage overlooks ponds and woodland, the ponds are stock with roach and tench for the holiday maker's own use. There is a games room with snooker and table tennis for your entertainment.
The cottage is situated just 4 miles from the stunning cardigan Bay coastline. the local beaches include Tresaith, Penbryn and Llangrannog. the local market town Newcastle Emlyn is just 6 miles away, Cardigan 10 miles and Aberaeron the picturesque harbour town 14.
