Home description

Henllys is a detached property that has been recently renovated and retains many of it's original features.
Enter the property through a pine door into the entrance hall with it's original decorative tiled floor with a large oak staircase and coving to the ceiling.
To the left is the reception room with it's feature grate, decorative wood surround and victorian style back plate and black marble hearth. This room contains a large pine chest of drawers, enough seating for five and a television DVD player.
Further along the hallway is the sitting room/ dining area with a brick lined inglenook containing and electrical traditional style stove on a slate hearth. Enough seating for five and a dining table that easily sits six with views towards the back of the property and large rear garden, with access to the rear garden through the french doors.
The kitchen offers modern style units, ceramic electric cooker, washing machine, fridge/ freezer and all the utensiles you would come and expect in a modern kitchen.
The bathroom is located on the ground floor with a white suite, vanity unit and cupboards and offering a separate shower enclosure.
The three bedrooms are all located on the first floor. The main bedroom has a double pine bed, bedside cabinets and enough storage with the triple pine wardrobe and has been decorated in a traditional style. The second bedroom has a double bed and continues on the same traditional style theme with period furniture - single wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers. The third bedroom has pine bunkbeds 3ft with storage and a chest of drawers. Cot and highchair are on offer if you require.

The North Wales / Snowdonia / Anglesey region

Llanfair PG is within easy reach from Liverpool and Manchester with good access to the A55 road. There are frequent train services into Bangor, or you could ask the conductor to stop the train in the village itself, about a mile away from the property. The nearest major airport is Liverpool with RAF Valley on the island having flights from Cardiff. All offering rent a car service. Anglesey can cater for most needs and most age groups. There is a butterfly palace, sea zoo and adventure park to keep the young entertained for hours. There are delightful short walks along the Menai straits or if you fancy a challenge how about the Anglesesy coastal walk- all taking in the beautiful scenery that Anglesey has on offer.
.Nearby is the Plas Newydd National Trust property with gardens- during peak season they operate a boat that will take you along the Menai straits.
The beautiful town of Beaumaris is close by and can offer unique shops for those special gifts, Beaumaris castle welcomes visitors, and for guests who like sea fishing Penmon is a real treat. Not to be missed is Benllech with it's sandy beach.
Holyhead has the South Stack lighthouse which operates a daily tour during peak season, well worth a visit if only just to enjoy the scenery. Here you will be able to see the ferries cross the Irish sea and if you wish climb the Holyhead mountain. From Rhosneigr to Newborough along the coast you are spoilt for choice with a selection of stunning beaches - just prefer to relax.

The small village of Llanfairpwll has the James Pringle shop with tourist board right on your doorstep. There are several take away restaurants, two pubs and a small cafe. There is a Somerfield store and Spar shop along with a bakery all within a short distance of the property.
