About the home
The cottage is located in the small, quiet village of Dwyran in the South West corner of the Island of Anglesey.
Dwyran is located on the A4080 coastal road, which gives access to Newborough forest, the Malltraeth Estuary with its abundance of wildlife and beautiful Newborough beach where it is possible at low tide to walk to and explore Llanddwyn Island - an area of natural outstanding beauty.
There are many other local attractions nearby and you will be within easy reach of Snowdonia and the castle towns and resorts of North Wales.
A beautiful cottage garden awaits, where you can sit and relax watching the birds come and go.
This pretty cosy detached cottage has one double bedroom and one single bedroom, a comfortable lounge, sofa, chairs, dining table. Open fire, Hall with desk and small bookcase. fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.
Nearby villages and towns such as Rhosneigr, Llanfairpwll, and Beaumaris have a choice of shops plus some nice pubs and restaurants. Rhosneigr is popular with surfers and kite surfers.

Holiday lets only,
For advance bookings a £60 deposit is required, refundable in the event of cancellation only if more than 4 weeks ahead of planned holiday dates.
The balance of the holiday cost must be received no later than one week before commencement of your holiday, payment by cheque or paypal.
£100 deposit against loss damage extra cleaning this will be refunded once the cottage has been inspected after your stay, refund will be made within 7 days.

The North Wales / Anglesey region
The Island of Anglesey has a beautiful unspoilt coastline with sandy beaches, sheltered coves, nature trails and quaint villages and towns.
For those wanting to explore more of North Wales, the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach as are the castle towns of Caernarfon, Beaumaris and Conwy and the resorts of Llandudno, Pwllheli, and Porthmadoc (for Portmeirion).
There is so much more to see in Anglesey and the region, you'll certainly want to plan a return visit.
The Llanfairpwllgwyngyll / Dwyran area
Widely regarded as the islands best beach, Newborough beach is just 3 miles away, accessible by car (toll) or on foot by following a clearly marked footpath through a nature reserve, forest and over some dunes, once here you can stroll across the sands to Llanddwyn Island and explore the ancient ruins, restored keepers cottages and the old lighthouse.
Other attractions close by are the Anglesey Sea Zoo, the model village. the tourist town with the longest name in Britain, Llanfairpwllgwngyll for short and the impressive National Trust property Plas Newydd with it's famous Rex Whistler wall fresco.
The port of Holyhead has daily sailings to Dublin.
