The town centre which has numerous restaurants, cafes and bars is within walking distance, there is also a cinema / theatre, supermarkets and retail shops all centrally located.
The open plan living area is beautifully furnished and offers all modern amenities; the fully fitted kitchen includes a washer/drier, dish washer, microwave, toaster and all necessary crockery and cooking utensils. It had and integral fridge freezer, cooker and hob.

A town full of history, character and in more recent times major redevelopment, Llanelli is becoming a holiday hotspot, with outstanding landscape and seaside scenery. Llanelli is a coastal town in the county of Carmarthenshire and is a 20min drive from Swansea. Historically Llanelli was originally a mining and tinplate town. It is home to one of the worlds most famous rugby football teams the SCARLETS. The most recent attraction is the new Machhynys golf and country club, the course being designed by Jack Nicklaus. Llanelli has also hosted the Welsh National Eisteddfod most recent in 2004. Party in the park has also been extended from Swansea to Llanelli this event is held during the Summer.

How to get there
On the south west coast line, just 1 hour from Cardiff international airport and 3hours form Paddington Train Station, London. Llanelli is easy to acess off juction 48 of the M4. A regular train services runs to and from the towns railway and a national bus service allows tourist to access the town.The city of Swansea is just 20 mins east of the town with Carmarthen just 30 mins west.

Further details indoors: The lounge area seats four people comfortably and consists of a leather sofa and chair, side table and a T.V and DVD player. The television has an Ariel connection which allows you to view the main channels.
There are two bedrooms at the apartment which sleep five people. The Master bedroom is a double that also has a large wardrobe and bedside tables. The second bedroom has one single and one bunk.
The apartment has a fitted bathroom which includes w.c, wash hand basin, bath and shower facilities, it, also has a heated towel rail.
There are baby facilities available on request.
Further details outdoors: The area has well maintained footpaths, cycle paths and gardens, there is a cafe and visitors centre at the beginning of the promenade. The outside complex is well illuminated in the evenings, and is a very safe location for children and families.
