This is a 3 storey holiday home on the beach. It is a brand new property with luxury feel inside. It is close enough to toen yet far enough away the golf course is litererally a 10 min walk the to about 20 mins walking and the railway is about 10 mins also. There is a 13 mile cycle path here and bikes for hire.

Jack Nicholas golf course, country park, Your on the beach and within walking distance to anywhere. We are right on the cycle path where bicycles can be hired daily. We're not far from Stradey Park home of famous Scarlet Rugby team. We have a very nice Wetland centre. just a few links of attractions which are fundays if you have transport www.heatherton..co.uk www.oakwoodthemepark.co.uk . www.folly-farm.co.uk . and www.showcaves .co.uk.

Party in park , golf opens, country park, the wetlands bird park, very long cycling patth, country park as dry ski slopes and tobogan rides you have the town 15 mins walk with cinema, shops bars and restaurants scarlets rugby grounds,
The golf is a 18 hole beautiful golf course overlooking beach, with its own gym spa and bar and restaurant. The country park of pembrey has its own blue flag beach which is approx 7 miles long and has life guards patrolling, the Scarlets football grounds has its own sovenir shop attach. tThere are also regular fairs that come to the area. The cycling path is approx 13 miles long and bicycles are available for daily hire 2 mins from apartment.
How to get there
On the south west coast line, just 1 hour from Cardiff international airport and 3hours form Paddington Train Station, London. Llanelli is easy to acess off juction 48 of the M4. A regular train services runs to and from the towns railway and a national bus service allows tourist to access the town.The main city of Swansea is just 20 mins east of the town with Carmarthen just 30 mins west.

Further details indoors: Its a beach holiday but it could be family or romantic, there is also a country park where there are tobogans, dry ski slopes and adventure park. There is also a 7 mile blue flag beach.
Further details outdoors: We are actually situated on the beach front. There is also a canoeing lake here, there is a restaurant within 10 min walk which is suitable for an evening out and has a children's play area.
