Camper van | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 2
The Hippy Van (sleeps 2/3 - 2 adults and one small child) is a converted 1986 Mercedes van - in previous lives it has been a festival massage therapy vehicle and travelling circus skills bus! Now set in one of the meadows, it has been refurbished and includes a fixed double bed, kitchen run with full size oven, grill and hob, sink and work surface, wood burning stove, table and chairs which converts to a single bed/sofa. A cooler box is provided and ice packs can be changed each day. Lighting runs off a leisure battery. A hand crafted compost loo and wash basin is set nearby. There is a now also a unique wooden outdoor solar shower overlooking the meadows and trees. You can also enjoy camp fire evenings as your own fire pit is set in front of the van.
We are also qualified and insured massage therapists, offering on site treatments in our wooden chalet with wood burning stove. Choose your preferred type of treatment, Sports, Holistic or Indian Head Massage and enjoy a truly unique experience listening to the bird song as you relax, re-vitalise and re-energise.

About this location
The Ceredigion region
Ceredigion is perfect for a weekend break or a longer stay with award winning beaches, sandy coves, sea cliffs, caves and wonderful wildlife, spectacular sunsets and starry dark skies. It's not only Ceredigion's land and seascapes you'll discover, but a distinctive Welsh region with a thriving cultural identity that's equally about the future as it is the past.
Ceredigion. On the west coast of Wales, is one of Wales's most popular holiday areas. Named after Prince Ceredig, Ceredigion is sheltered from the east by the Cambrian Mountains and stretches to the shores of Cardigan Bay (Bae Ceredigion).
We are ideally situated, being only 7 miles from the stunnning Cardigan coastline where you can enjoy the beautiful coves and beaches, coastal walks and may be lucky enough to spot a dolphin or two! At Llangranog, our nearest beach, there is a local produce and craft market every Wednesday 9.30am-1pm there are also two friendly pubs, one on the sea front both serve food. The Cabin sells wonderful fish and chips to take away and has a lovely restaurant with delicious menu. There is also a gift and general provision shop. A surfing school is also based at Llangranog.
6 miles away is the lovely town of Newcastle Emlyn, with health food shops, cafes, antique and retro shops, pubs and 2 small supermarkets. Legend has it that the last dragon in Wales was seen by the now castle ruin overlooking the lovely river Teifi. Well worth a visit.
Just 15 minutes from us is the little town of Llandysul where the River Teifi has excellent river sports. There is also a small leisure centre, supermarket and a few other local businesses, including cafes and arts centre.
A traditional steam railway can be found down the road in Henllan, only a short drive. If you're feeling fit you could cycle or walk there.
The Teifi Cheese Company is just 5 minutes by car across the valley from us where you can buy a delicious range of artisan cheeses or organic whisky and orange licqueur.
Cenarth cheeses can be bought a little further away in Cenarth where there is also a coracle boat centre
Mwnt cove is recommended as is Poppit Sands. Both have cafes and public loos.
St Dogmeals, close to Poppit Sands, has a lovely Producers Market each Tuesday as does Cardigan each Thursday.
