Miller's Cottage is a barn conversion cottage near the village of Llandysul in South Wales. The cottage has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, making it suitable for four people. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as shared use of a hot tub, sauna and gym. With all modern luxuries, Miller's Cottage is a fabulous cottage in a beautiful part of Wales.

Private use of 8-seater hot tub, gym and sauna by arrangement with owner (£50 supplement for hot tub use payable direct to owner Oct - Mar inclusive per week or short break). Three well behaved pets welcome at £10 pppw. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 1 mile. Note: Gym/sauna & utility shared with 2 other cottages, hot tub shared with 1 other cottage. Note: Over 14s only (no infants). Note: Owner runs a B&B on site - can offer catering for cottage guests at additional cost. Note: Water (inc. drinking water) is spring water from owner's own fully inspected bore hole. Note: This property can be booked with ref: 4285 to accommodate up to 12 people. Llandysul is a village in south Wales, with shops, pubs and tearooms to tempt the visitors who stop here on their way to and from the resort of New Quay or sandy beaches of the surrounding region. Castles, gardens, mills, villages and towns are all on offer in this lovely part of Wales.

We had a very warm welcome on arrival and found the owner very helpful throughout our stay. Beautiful surroundings and a very nice cottage. There was lots to do in the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend a stay and we will be returning ourselves.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
