About the home

An interesting, large, spacious property, over 100 years old, laid out over three storeys with beautiful views. The property promotes family togetherness, with a large dining kitchen, ample seating in the living room, and a garden and patio with plenty of room for everyone's enjoyment. The beach is just a short walk away, or if you prefer to admire the views whilst relaxing, the dining room and garden look towards a small mountain opposite, which can be provide a lovely walk for those preferring the countryside and upon reaching the top, the views of llandudno bay are breathtaking.
There is ample parking for up to four cars, making it an ideal holiday home for families and couples.

Large dining kitchen, with seating for eight people. Large lounge with chocolate leather sofas and views to garden and patio. Door from lounge onto patio with seating area furnished with wooden table and chairs. Upstairs, to the first floor is a small wc, followed by the first double bedroom with views to the mountain, second double bedroom with views to the garden, further bathroom with shower. Second floor comprises of themed dinosaur bedroom with cave entrance and twin beds,views to mountain, large second bathroom and fourth bedroom with twin beds and views to garden. A WII is set up in the lounge so feel free to bring games for it. There is also a toy cupboard in case rainy day amusement is required.

Strictly no smoking inside the property. A 25% deposit is payable on booking, when this is received your booking will be confirmed. This property is not suitable for wheelchairs or the elderly and infirm due the amount of stairs.

“Great holiday home - plenty of space” We just spent a week at Oakfield with our extended family. This is a good sized holiday home for large groups. It has plenty of space over 3 floors. The house is pretty well equipped. It has a good sized dining kitchen. The lounge is very spacious - we found it bigger than in the pictures. Our 2 young kids (aged 2 and 4) loved the cave bedroom! As our party had 5 adults and 2 kids - the 3 toilets (2 bathrooms) were appreciated. The garden is really nice too. Our kids loved playing in it! There is a large drive / parking area, however the entrance is a little but tight. If you have more than 2 cars in your party best to back smaller car in first. The parking area could probably fit 3 cars if you park smartly. We really liked the area. Both Llandudno and Conwy are great places to visit. Llandudno is a nice victorian beach town - and is not tacky like lots of beach / holiday towns. Conwy is fascinating with it's midieval walls and castle. The owners were very helpful and responded to any queries quickly during the pre-booking and booking process as well as during our stay.
