About the home

An interesting, large, spacious property, over 100 years old, laid out over three storeys with beautiful views. The property promotes family togetherness, with a large dining kitchen, ample seating in the living room, and a garden and patio with plenty of room for everyone's enjoyment. The beach is just a short walk away, or if you prefer to admire the views whilst relaxing, the dining room and garden look towards a small mountain opposite, which can be provide a lovely walk for those preferring the countryside and upon reaching the top, the views of llandudno bay are breathtaking.
There is ample parking for up to four cars, making it an ideal holiday home for families and couples.

Large dining kitchen, with seating for eight people. Large lounge with chocolate leather sofas and views to garden and patio. Door from lounge onto patio with seating area furnished with wooden table and chairs. Upstairs, to the first floor is a small wc, followed by the first double bedroom with views to the mountain, second double bedroom with views to the garden, further bathroom with shower. Second floor comprises of themed dinosaur bedroom with cave entrance and twin beds,views to mountain, large second bathroom and fourth bedroom with twin beds and views to garden.

Large parking area, with security lighting. Large secure garden, patio, pavillion with garden furniture, electric points, outside lighting and bbq.

Conditions

Strictly no smoking inside the property. A 25% deposit is payable on booking, when this is received your booking will be confirmed. This property is not suitable for wheelchairs or the elderly and infirm due the amount of stairs.
