A small terraced house vety near to Llandudno town centre situated in a quiet side street

Ground Floor lounge with two setees ( one three seater one two seater ) large Victorian fire place with faux wood burning stove powered by electric

Wall mounted free sat Tv with DVD plater , side tables & reading lamp

Dining room with dining table & four dining chairs ,large fireplace (not in use ) selection of books & DVDs

Kitchen ,large fridge/freezer with water dispenser,gas cooked ,microwave,electric kettle & toaster. Ample supplies of kitchen utensils & equipment etc

There is a very small back yard at the back of the property

First floor double bedroom with bedside cabinets & reading lamps

Twin room with bedside cabinets ,reading lamps, TV with built in DVD player fitted wardrobe


Bathroom with bath & shower over. To access from bedrooms you need to go down 5 stairs to the half landing then up five stairs to the bathroom

on road parking outside the property on a first come first served basis

Llandudno is the premier holiday reseor in Wales famous for its splendid setting & fine architecture

Here you can find an origional Victorian tram way climbing the Great Orme or if you prefer something more modern take the cable car

Llandudno has a fine Victorian pier & two beaches the North shore & the west Shore

You are correct in stating that the shower screen is fixed,I did this two years ago as when it was moveable there were problems with water leaking onto the bathroom floor & making it slippery
