The cottage has a large living room with a log burner, a modern kitchen/diner and a toilet/shower room. There are two bedrooms, a large double and a smaller twin, and a separate toilet. There is ample space for outside seating at the front, and a rear courtyard which affords access to a green area of the Orme. Parking is off the road at the front of the property.

The cottage is an excellent base for holidaymakers of all kinds. Besides being handy for sight-seeing in Snowdonia and the rest of North Wales, the cottage is suitable for anglers, cyclists, walkers and especially bird spotters.

The Conwy County region

North Wales benefits by having both mountain scenery and coastal beauty. Snowdonia, with its towering peaks and bottomless lakes is breathtaking, whether or not the sun is shining, and the coast from Flintshire in the north, around Anglesey, and down to Barmouth on Cardigan Bay has some of the finest beaches in the UK.

There are many ancient buildings to explore, local foods and produce to enjoy, and outdoor pursuits to join in. The world famous Bodnant Gardens is twenty minutes away.

Llandudno is an ideal place to stay, whether you want to discover North Wales, or just to stay put and relax.

It is handy for Snowdonia and the coast, there are plenty of shops and restaurants; theatres and cinemas are close by, and cosy pubs abound.

Conwy, with its castle and Medieval town walls is ony five miles away, fishing and sight-seeing trips can be had from the harbour. The small villages of the Conwy Valley are well worth a view, and the river can be followed right up to Betws y Coed, where the famous Swallow Falls will amaze.

The Great Orme itself has many attractions such as the cable car, the Victorian tramway, a dry ski slope and a toboggan run, and the Bronze Age copper mine, all within walking distance of the cottage. It is a great place to ramble, and the scenery and wildlife is remarkable in its uniqueness.
