About the home

Bay view is set away from the road, making your stay here peaceful yet only a few minutes' drive from Llandudno town and beaches.
The lounge has two large comfy sofas and a reclining chair, large patio door leading out onto the decked balcony, with views of the Little orme and coastline.
Dining seating for six overlooking the coastline and hillsides..
The two front bedrooms both have these views, kitchen and third bedroom overlooking fields.

Located at the front is a decked out area with seating for relaxing and dining.

New for April 2013 Large Decked area at rear of bungalow ideal for sunbathing, bbq, childrens play. and dining.

The property was completly renovated to a high standard in June 2012, enjoying new fully fitted kitchen, bathroom ,bedrooms, lounge.

The Lounge area has seating for six on large comfy sofas. Large patio door onto balcony taking in the views of the Little Orme and coastline, great for sitting out and having your morning coffee.Sit and relax over dinner enjoying the spectacular views over the bay dining seating for six. Large flatscreen TV with sky ( bring your viewing card) and blu ray dvd player and films.
Fully fitted kitchen and dining seating for 4, plenty of pots and pans.
The back bedroom comprises of two single beds, overlooking field with horses. Bathroom with shower over bath. Front bedroom with king size bed overlooking coastline, and cosy front bedroom with double bed, again with views overlooking coastline.

The garage can be accessed from the drive with easy electric remote control door so you can just drive in, you can also access the bungalow from the gargae. So you dont have to get wet if its raining. Plenty of space for cars and bikes etc.
I have pushchairs,prams ( just bring dolls),ride on's for outside, and toys for the little ones to play with.
Travel cot, High chair, potty,Baby bath also available.
Wind breaker and deck chairs available to take to the beach.
All linen and towels provided.All cleaning and washing products supplied.

Private driveway, with use of double garage.There are 6 steps leading up to the bungalow onto a gated decked area with table and chairs.Then a further 5 steps to the front door.The driveway has a turning area. Garage suitable for motorbikes, bicycles,jet ski, or just your car, Security lighting around the property.Paddling pool and small outside/inside toys available for small children. Access from garage into bungalow.
Safety gate now available for when young children in property.

The North Wales / Denbigh/Flint/Conwy region

Llandudno the queen of the welsh resorts is only 5 minutes' drive away, with two award winning beaches and the longest pier in wales at 2.295 feet long (700m).

There is something for everyone, shopping ,theatre ,ten pin bowling, art gallery, a ride on the tram which takes you from the lower part of Great orme to the summit, and then come down on the cable car, Or how about a walk around the Great orme ( you can drive around and park at the top there is a fee in the summer to take your car) taking in spectacular views of the conwy estuary and Anglesey, and I almost must forget to mention our famous goats just to see these animals balancing on the rock face is amazing.

Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza is a popular time here on May Bank Holiday weekend has going since 1986. Spanning over 3 days with attractions running the length of mostyn street, Madoc street, Bodafon Farm.Take a look at there site.www.victorian-extravaganza.com

On the promenade near the pier is Punch and Judy during summer time also boat rides and there's a land train takes you from north shore to west shore.

Bodafon farm is only down the road from us and is free entry for all. open all year round with friendly farm animal's llamas, owls, pig, cows, donkeys, sheep, pony and tractor rides, license restaurant, great day out for the children.bodafonfarmpark.com
There's a paddling pool and swings on the promenade and or for the adult fisherman/women try some sea fishing very popular in summer and winter.

There are three 18 hole golf courses, Rhos on sea, and 2 in LLandudno


Want to go out and about then head for Rowen another free entry for all, with aquatic fish and reptiles, otters they play hide and seek all day ( stand like a statue and they might come out) and as your walking around you might notice you have company "ducks in abundance" very friendly (take some bread) , a small play area, and a fishing lake, but last but not least don't come away without having a pancake, there's over 65 to choose from, sweet to savory, they also cater for vegetarian and gluten free at no extra cost.

Or how about some outside fun there's the Dry ski slope on the Great orme with the longest toboggan run in wales(children under 4 not allowed), there's Paintballing near abegele, or Go karting, the largest kart circuit in wales and the north west is in Bangor, or on a rainy day Lllandudno swimming pool with gym, or the Rhyl suncentre with tropical wave machine and slides.All within a 20 mile radius of Llandudno
Or how about a trip out further must see places to visit are Conwy and Caernarfon castles, or Snowden, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Betwys y coed, Llanwrst, great for walkers flat and hilly, or take the train at Ffestiniog, to name but a few these are all within a 30 mile drive of Llandudno.

There is also a purpose built cycle path from Rhos on sea to Rhyl along the coast, .once you get past Colwyn bay there are no cars until you get to Rhyl.

The Llandudno / Penrhynside area

Penrhynside is a small village, and has two local pubs. Penrhyn bay is 4 minutes drive away and has a supermaket, newsagents,bistro,chinese,chemist,hairdressers,nailbar.

From the bungalow to the start of the beach in llandudno. 1 mile away. Large Paddling pool 1.5 mile. And just 2 miles to the start of Llandudno town centre.
Free parking on the promenade from craigside to venue cymru. Free parking for 90 minutes in LLandudno Town.

Asda superstore, Debenhams, BHS, Marks and Spencers, are just a few of the large stores in town.

“Fantastic holiday bungalow, Great Holiday” What a great place to stay. Lovely views day and night. All home comforts provided. Dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, television, heating, towels, and all extremely clean, etc. Great garage with an electric door, and ample parking. No need to bring muddy boots into the bungalow, as you can them leave in the garage before coming up the stairs. You do not have to go far to have lovely walks. We went with three teenagers for a week, and they had a great time. We are booking up for next year already, as the accommodation is home from home. Had some fantastic walks; went to the nearby copper mine, the slate museum, plus got half way up Snowdon, but the weather stopped us reaching the top, so we then all went on a steam train ride. Walked along the litter free beach, as well as the Little Orme, the Great Orme, with its cable car rides, and our boys enjoyed a dry sledge ride, beside the Ski slope. Nice and quiet, with the local Co Op Store within easy distance, and the Asda superstore, is just about 8 minutes drive away. Great to have the beach and the walks on your doorstep, and then the Snowdonia mountains less than 25 minutes drive away, and everyone was very friendly. Mobile phone reception was very good, and there is a Sky Box connected to the TV, so bring a card if you subscribe. Response: Thank you for your kind review. Im glad you all had a good week. The perfect home from home to enjoy time together as a family and celebrate Terry's birthday. Ideal location for coast and mountains. “Bay view is a fantastic, restful , holiday home that meets all your needs!!!” Bay view is a lovely holiday home, the owner is lovely an could not be any more helpful leading up to, during and after our stay. Everything you need is there!! It is comfortable and a very relaxing home to stay in, with breath taking views especially at night time !! It is safe an a great base to have especially if ya have young children. Toys for them to play with an cot an highchair are there too, if needed. We are open all year round. Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday,Weekend and short breaks available 2 night minimum stay.

Letting hours are from 14.30hrs on day of arrival until 10.30am day of departure.The arrival days are flexible at anytime, short, or weekend stays welcome.

25% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. If your booking is within 6 weeks of your holiday the full balance is due at time of booking.

It is recomended that all guests have comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation cover.

Deposit of £150.00 payable on arrival for breakages/damage.Refunded within seven days of departure after property has been fully inspected.If there are any breakages please inform us so we can replace item/items before next guests arrive.Any misuse will be charged for.

All rates include heating/hot water, electric.

Preferred method of payment is by Bank Transfer,cheque.
