Book Direct. Vrongoch is set on its own with breath taking views on our family farm in the beautiful Welsh hills, just 13 miles from the Spa town of Llandrindod Wells. On its own private drive, with adequate parking for 3 cars.
It has 3 bedrooms, 1 superking / twin bedded room on request, with television and DVD player, 1 double and 1 famliy room with double and single beds. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower and wc. All towels and linen are provided.
The lounge has a wood burning stove, and seats 8 people enjoying far reaching views of the radnorshire hills, with DVD player, video player, books and many games plus music system.
In the well equiped Kitchen you will find seating for 8, a dishwasher, microwave, etc., with tea, coffee, milk, and sugar.
The utility has hand basin and washing machine, with washing powder and soften supplied.
There is a hot tub seating 8 with glass doors to open and take in the welsh air and views of the surrounding area. The hot tub has 43 jets, and loungers.
In the garden there is a barbeque, swing and childerns outdoor toys, and lots of space to let your pets explore the enclosed garden, whilst you take a break at the picnic table.
Cycle route 825 runs within easy reach of the door, with horse riding, golf, bowls, leisure centres, clay pigeon shooting, rally driving, museums, red kite feeding station, walking and many more attractions on the doorstep.
Vrongoch has hand rails in the bathrooms and ramps to outside doors. The ensuite shower has extra large doors for easy access, plus shower stool, and toilet frame on request.

The Powys/Brecon Beacons region
Vrongoch is in Radnorshire which sits at the heart of Powys. The area is renown for the beautiful countryside, with many walks on the hills, mountians and breathtaking dams locally. Red kites fly just above your heads, with foxes, badgers and lots of birds all with in feet of you. The main 825 cycle route is 1 mile away.
Builth Wells show ground is just 20 miles away with show ground hosting many large events, throughout the year, cinema, and pool and famous 18th century river bridge.
Rhayader with the Redkite centre at Gigrin Farm and the Elan Valley dams is a must at 18 miles.
Presteigne with sports centre, Judges lodgings and cosmopolitan shopping is 15 miles, and holds many street activities throughout the year.
Knighton which sits on the Offas Dyke is 15 miles away and has a sports centre. It has been famous for many years with its stock market, selling to buyers from all over the country. It has many quaint Tea Shops. There is also a golf course.
There is Phil Prices rally school just 9 miles down the road, along with Griffin Lloyd shotting ground.
Newtown is just 22 miles away, with a cinema, sports centre, many shops, David Owen centre, rail line and lots of Restaurants. There is also many food shops.
The World famous book town of Hay on Wye is within an easy drive and has many second hand book shops, along with Jigsaw Shops and Dolls Houses.
Hereford with its Cider museum is 38 miles and also houses the Mappa Mauda from 1300AD. Here you will find Ten pin bowling, swimming, cinemas, Theatre's, Shopping, Railway and much more.
The Victorian spa town of Llandrindod Wells is 15 miles from Vrongoch. Each August it hosts the largest Victorian Festival for miles.
It has many attractions, including, bowling, sports centre, shopping, lake, football and rugby. It has many lovely eating houses.
The nearest large super market is here. There is a street market every Friday.
The golf course looks down over the town. With a practice range open every day.
Quackers play barn is 15 miles at New Bridge on Wye. Here you will find soft play pools, gaint slides, (suitable for all ages) and many more to amuse you what ever your age along with a cafe.
Abbey cwm hir is a 5 mile drive with its abbey ruins and Abbey hall which has 52 rooms, all decorated in the victorian yearer.
There are many churches, chapels and castles all within an easy drive and LLananno Church with its medival rood screen, dating from the late 15th , early 16th century is one of the finest in Wales(so095743).
