"Plas Dinam is suitable for all ages, from 4 mths old to 72"

What an amazing birthday weekend. Eldyrdd and Tyson were there to meet us on arrive and the service did not end there. After handing over the key they were only a telephone call away. The facilities in the house where outstanding. The children loved the playroom and the adults discovered the dressing up box. The Snooker table was a hit with men as was the table tennis table. Eldyrdd and made the bedrooms up to acommodate our large family. The bedrooms look made new and straight out of a "home and country" magazine. The rooms where very large and spaciousand each bedroom had a wonderful view of the grounds. We entertained ourselves with a game of mixed team rounders, a BBQ in the evening, a quiz night in the large sitting room and to end the weekend we enjoyed a lovely sunday roast in the large dining room. There was everything you needed for a large family weekend, plenty of kitchen utensils, bath towels, even wellies in the boot room so that you could go exploring in the woods. I could go on and on. I can't rate Plas Dinam and Eldrydd enough it was just the best birthday weekend ever. My very own Downton Abbey, even if it was only for a weekend. Living the dream Would love to go back

"We had a splendid holiday. Plas Dinam is a great place"

Staying at Plas Dinam is an opportunity to live like a Welsh aristocrat for a while.Plas Dinam is a beautiful old family home converted to a holiday property. Many of the family features remain including an excellent playroom. Some rooms are a bit "precious" for small children. It's a house of many corridors and staircases, amazingly none of our six grandchildren got lost! With two drawing rooms the focus is blurred and we found we tended to congregate in the kitchen. The garden and grounds are a delight and include a tennis court. Situated deep in the countryside with magnificent walks nearby, a car is needed for shopping, there are supermarkets which deliver from nearby Newtown.
