The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
Llaça is well located for the main towns of Figueres and Girona and only two hours from Barcelona. In Figueres you can found the Dali Museum, and an important shopping area. Tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays there are markets. 15 minutes by train or car.
Severals small mediterrean villages along the coast to visit: Cotlliure, Port de la Selva, Cadaques-Cap de Creus where Dali makes your home, fishing towns of Roses and L'Escala, touristic resort of Empuriabrava. Natural areas protected: Cap Creus(sea), L'Albera (mountain), Els Aiguamolls ( important birth area), La Garrotxa (volcanic area) perfect to walk and highcking. 1 hour from Pirineus mountains.
Medieval villages: Peralada with a greatest musical festival, romanic Besalu, volcanic Santa Pau, Pals, La Bisbal with ceramic industry and the jewish city of Girona. Sports: parachutisme, sea activities: sealing, snorkelling, diving, ..., golf courses, winter and adventure sports in Pirineus mountains.
Recommendations: taste the Catalan cuisine with mediterranean products and reflection the Catalan character, a mixture of the land and sea. Buy typical handcraft products: any type of food, ceramic.
Llanca area
The excellent selection of beaches and small, tranquil coves wich Llançà offers, and the richness of significant elements of cultural heritage, from megalithic (with dolmens and prehistoric remains) to pre-Romanesque, make Llançà an ideal destination for activity-filled family holidays.
It offers both cultural and sporting activities. Various popular festivities throughout the year. It also have an important watercolour gallery. This wide range offered it is complemented with the Nautical Club situated in a natural port. Llançà has around 7 km stretch of coastline.
The centre of village and the port offer a wide range of shopping with a large diversity of products and every day there are the fish-ships arrivals and buy fresh fish in the small shops. Llançà offers a chance to get to know the famous modern Catalan cuisine as well the traditional.

How to get there
The apartment is situated on the Costa Brava north, in a small fishing and touristic village, Llançà. Very close to the French border.
Well comunicated by car and train ( own railway station with daily trains to Barcelona and France). 20 km from the highways to Barcelona and France. 65 km from the Girona airport (low cost companies: Ryanair, ...) and from Perpingnan airport (France), 165 km from the Barcelona international airport.
Well known car hire companies in Figueres (20 km).
Local buses run to the main beaches in the high season. Local taxis all the whole year.

The apartment have to be returned in complete conditions of cleanness, otherwise the customers will have to pay the cleaning.
Arrivals are from 16:00 H of the first day and departures are before 10:00 H on the last day. Other rental conditions on request.
Conditions
In order to confirm your booking, 40% of the total rental fee must be paid as a deposit within a period of 10 days. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.
All reservations will be considered temporary until the final payment is made.The remaining amount must be paid on arrival, when the keys of the property are collect.
An amount of between 150 and 300 € is to pay by credit card on arrival as damage deposit, refundable in a period of days from the end of your stay once the property has been checked by our staff, being at your expenses the repairs and damage to material due to incorrect use.
The cancellations fees are applied to the reservation deposit (40%) and are as follows: 5% should the cancellation be made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival (minimum charge: 60 €) 50% should the cancellation be made less than 30 days before the day of arrival. 100% should the cancellation be made less than 7 days before the day of arrival.
