The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen with oil fired Rayburn with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for 2 cars, a lawned front garden, lawned rear garden with a pond, furniture and BBQ, patio seating areas next to the property and down by the river. 2 Llawrcoed Isaf is ideal for families and walkers who wish to explore this wonderful area.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned front garden. Lawned rear garden with pond, furniture and BBQ. Patio seating areas next to property and by river. Summer house for mountain bikes. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, and pub with food 2.5 miles. Note: Children and pets must be supervised due to the pond and river. Note: The property is accessed down a steep drive - this can become slippery in icy and snowy weather, and use is not recommended.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
