This property is ideal for a family of 4 or couple, however there is another put u up that will fit in main bedroom for another child (family of 5).

THE HOUSE IS SPLIT INTO TWO SEPARATE UNITS. BOTH HAVE SEPARATE ENTRANCES AND DRIVEWAYS.

With two lakes surrounded by mountains, a medieval castle and a country park, the views are breathtaking, add to this five of the major attractions in North Wales are all within a few minutes walk - you have got a brilliant break or a very special holiday. Especially attractive to holiday walkers.

Living room with door to patio and front garden, one bed settee , one sofa, TV/DVD, electric fire . A cot can be provided. Parking for two cars. ALL BEDLINEN AND TABLE LINEN IS INCLUDED IN THE WEEKLY RENTAL.

Driveway with secure gates. Front garden has two separate patio dining tables, parasols and chairs together with shed housing BBQ and tumble dryer. Rear garden (overlooking Padarn Lake), has patio area and table and chairs and lawned area. Access to lake at rear of property.

A small well behaved dog will be accepted.
Strictly no smoking in house.
Families or climbers are welcome , this is a high quality property which is tastefully furnished and decorated and for careful groups only.
