The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and the hall way leading up to the main living area on the first floor.
The first bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe and bed-side tables with lamps.
The second bedroom offers a double and a single bed, wardrobe, bed-side tables, lamps and large windows looking out over the yard.
Beautiful bathroom with a full size bath and shower above, wash basin and toilet.
The living area and patio are all on the first floor to make the most of the beautiful sea views. Beautiful wooden floor, open beams and skylight windows gives the whole area a very light and spacious feel.
All open plan, one half comprises of a fully equipped kitchen (inc dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge and freezer) and dining area.
Two inviting leather sofas and a large television entice you through to the cosy lounge. At the far end of the lounge there are also patio doors leading out to a stunning patio area. During the day, it is certainly worth leaving these patio doors wide open so that you can enjoy the whole expanse of the cottage, from the dining table at one end, through to the garden table at the other.

This luxury property in Barmouth is located in Llanaber, 1 mile from Barmouth (shops, restaurants, bars etc) on the North Wales coast, a short walk from the beach and and just a 5 minute walk to Barmouth’s amazing blue flag beach. Beudy Gwenoliaid cottage enjoys stunning sea views and also benefits from having one foot in the countryside, with walks leading to the hills from the doorstep.
And then you have Mawddach Way, including the beautiful Barmouth Bridge crossing that can be joined 1 mile away. It has been said that there is "no better walk than from Barmouth through to Dolgellau other than from Dolgellau to Barmouth". The views of the Snowdonia mountains sweeping down to the Mawddach estuary are phenomenal, an experience not to be missed, especially at sunset.
10 miles north along the coast is the picturesque village of Harlech with its nationally and internationally renowned golf course in a breathtaking setting, dominated by the brooding presence of Harlech Castle. For keen mountain bikers, the world renowned Coed y Brenin mountain biking centre is also nearby.
The ferry crossing from Barmouth to Fairbourne and the steam train at Fairbourne offers another great day out, just minutes from this delightful cottage in Barmouth with sea views. If you have time, the Italian village of Portmeirion is also worth a visit and with Snowdonia National Park being so close, a walk to the top of Snowdon could well be on the cards.
