Nice, bright and spacious apartment is situated in a villa build in the thirties. It is located in the business district of Ljubljana, only 2,6 km away from the historical center and It is very easy to access by car. Ideal for your holiday or business stay in the capital of Slovenia.

The apartment is located on the first floor. It is very bright and spacious with high ceilings. The large bedroom has a double bed ( 180 x 200 ) and it is possible to add a cot or an extra bed. For rest and relaxation after a busy day there is a bright living room with two sofas and two separeted folding beds. In the kitchen you will be impressed by the large stove which calls for a gourmet delights. Of course there is also a fridge and all the necessary utensils, dinner service ....tea and coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil, spices.....all you need for the beginning. Kitchen and dining room are in the same room.

Bathroom and toilet are separate. Wi-Fi is included. Behind the house is a nice green garden that calls for relaxing break time or even for a lunch from the grill during the warmer days.

And do not worry, the apartment has a parking space in front of the house.

Dunajska street used to be an avenue of great villas but since 15 years ago it is becoming the most important commercial and business center of the highest quality .

In addition to commercial buildings and corporate offices there are some good restaurants ( Sofra- The best Balkan traditional dishes in town, Favola - authentic Italian cuisine, typical Tuscan dishes and pizzas, tavern Pizza Pub...), grocery stores, post office, bank, hairdresser, pharmacy, wellness ..in the immediate vicinity. City bus stop is just a few steps from the apartment as well as city bicycle rental station is. The location is ideal for visiting the sports center Stožice, the Faculty of Economics, shopping center BTC ...and the historical sights are just 2.5 km away.

Location is easily accessible. Simply exit from the motorway toward Ljubljana-Bezigrad/Ljubljana-Center and after 100 meters .....you arrived!

"Surprising staying"

Perfect place with garden and parking.
Near the bus stop and well served.
The apartement is big, clean and quiet.
