The sleeping accommodation is spacious and very comfortable with a master bedroom decorated in warm burgundy hues to complement the pine wood and sunny aspect. The comfortable double bed is complemented by bedside tables and a desk which in the lovely modern interior create a restful retreat from the ski slopes.

The ski chalet apartment further features a spacious modern shower room and benefits from laundry facilities and a shared Ski boots and storage area.

By day, depending on the time of year, guests can also enjoy hiking through Lago di Livigno and the Swiss National Park, mountain biking at the Mottolino Bike Park, dog sledding, ice climbing, Go-karting in the snow, horse riding and also relaxing in the Resort's Wellness Centre, with its full length Swimming pool, Spa treatments, perfumed Saunas and modern Gym facilities.

The Lombardy region

Lombardy:

Lake Como offers hidden treasures just waiting for the visitor to discover them: charming corners forgotten by time, lakeside villages where nothing seems to have changed for centuries.

It is steeped in history with an immense collection of churches, architectural masterpieces and works of art covering the centuries. The lake is situated in a basin surrounded by wooded mountains, and offers an extremely varied landscape, with its' shores featuring a succession of pastures, and woods as well as harsh and impressive rock formations.

Sondrio:

Sondrio is the most northern part of the Lombardy region and the whole area is a variation of beautiful scenery, where vineyards abound on the terraced slopes against a backdrop of snow-capped peaks.

There is plenty to see and do in Sondrio, including mountain biking, trekking and golf, with a superb golf course just in Caiolo, which is just 5km from Sondrio.

An event worth seeing is the Sondrio Festival, which takes place in October each year. There are several major Ski resorts, tennis courts and an enclosed swimming pool. The Spas in Sondrio, which are reputed to date back to Roman times, are also worth visiting.

Livigno

Ski Details:

Livigno has the highest skiing altitudes and the best snow records in all of Europe from November to May, Livigno is the place to Ski!

It sits between two mountains Mottolino and Carosello, both with wonderful Ski runs that traverse down to the village. The runs cater for beginners and experienced skiers.

This picturesque Italian resort boasts the largest cross country centre extending over 70km, has one of Europe's largest snowboard and freestyle parks with 2 circuits and 150 snow canons as well as 115km of outstanding ski slopes which are easily reached by 32 high tech ski lifts and are ideal for beginner and intermediate skiers.
