In the front lounge there is a tv with dvd and 2 large very comfortable leather sofas The rear lounge has 2 very comfortable sofas and 1 armchair. For entertaining guests there is a Glass dining table with 6 suede /leather chairs over looking the rear garden.There is a serving hatch to the kitchen
Further details outdoors: There is a large well stocked mature garden to the rear of the house.In the summer the garden is a sun trap for sunbathers. Their is lots of outdoor seating for alfresco dining and also a gas barbecue.The rear of the garden overlooks allotments At the front of the house is a driveway allowing off road parking for 3 cars.

We require a 25% deposit on booking and the balance 8 weeks before arrival.There is also a £200 refundable security deposit.This deposit will be returned one week after the end of the rental period subject to a property inspection
