Alderley includes exclusive use of this elegant home in Blundellsands with golf course and sea views. The home combines the two connecting apartments of the Beach House and the Garden House for a unique experience. Ideal for family or professional groups, or a family travelling with staff. The beautiful garden has an outdoor hot tub, outdoor 'lounge' and terraces. Inside, there are 3 sitting rooms( one with large screen, wall mounted, satellite TV ), a large dining room, seating 8, two master bedrooms with en suite facilities, and a further double bedroom with en suite toilet. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, both with dishwashers, a family bathroom, a further downstairs cloakroom, and utility room with washer and dryer. There is off road parking for up to 5 cars.The property overlooks the West Lancashire golf course, and the further courses of Formby and Royal Birkdale are a train ride away. The station is a 5 minute walk with trains every 15 minutes to Southport or Liverpool.The Sefton coastline is easily reached with walks and cycle rides along the sea front and the Antony Gormley statues 'Another Place.' It is conveniently located a 20 minute drive from the Grand National course at Aintree, or guests can use the frequent rail service 5 minutes away.

Dogs accepted by prior arrangement at an additional charge of £10 per dog.

Please note, dogs cannot use the garden.
