Waterloo Warehouse is a listed building, originally built in 1867 by the Liverpool Dock engineer George Fosbery Lyster. It was built as a corn warehouse and had access to both the waterways and the rail system. It's conversion into apartments began in the late 1980's, with completion in 1995. A conservation order during the conversion resulted in most of it's original features being retained. These are visible in all the apartments and throughout the grand hallways. Today these apartments offer a lifestyle of luxury and comfort in one of Liverpool's most sought after addresses.
This newly refurbished apartment provides accommodation for up to a maximum of four adults in two huge double bedrooms, ( master with ensuite bathroom ), fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, large living and dining area. The apartment also has a secure parking space.
