Home description
This modern, spacious, contemporary city centre mezzanine apartment, located in a listed Grade II building and has been given a 4 star and family friendly rating by Visit Britain. It is within walking distance of all main tourist attractions, shopping, restaurants, clubs and pubs.
Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are provided and for guests staying more than 7 nights bedding is changed weekly, towels changed twice a week. Guests receive a daily breakfast pack and by prior arrangement special dietary requirements can be catered for, please note additional costs may apply. Your accommodation comprises of:
Living/Dining Area Open plan living/dining area, which includes a television, telephone, DVD player, CD player, Ipod docking station, SKY, Broadband Wi-Fi and a double pull out sofa bed. There is also a dining table with four chairs.
In addition, we have provided a range of DVDs, CDs and books for across all age ranges and a variety of family games.
Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge with freezer compartment, cooker, hob, washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the cooking utensils and crockery you will need.
Mezzanine Bedroom A comfortable mezzanine bedroom with a king size bed and a small double futon bed. You also have two double wardrobes and a chest of drawers with a vanity mirror.
Family Bathroom A spacious bathroom with over bath power shower, shower screen, toilet, wash basin, tall bathroom storage cabinet and wall heater
You also have access to a peaceful inner courtyard with seating area. We have provided a range of soft toys, games and books for younger children to enjoy and a travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
We have also provided a comprehensive information folder, which includes a range of local tourist information including restaurants, theatres, museums, cinema, music, pubs, places to go and see, family and child friendly facilities.

Liverpool / Liverpool City Centre area
Liverpool has two amazing Cathedrals at either end of Hope Street. The Anglican Cathedral is the 5th largest building on the planet, whilst the Catholic Cathedral is affectionately known by locals as the 'Wigwam’. Liverpool has just launched its new events and conference centre called the 'Liverpool Echo Arena', which will host some of the world's finest entertainment.
Bereys Building, is a beautiful Grade II listed building in the heart of Liverpool's business district. It is a short walk away from the Pier Head, Liver Buildings, the Mersey Ferry, Albert Dock, Met Quarter and Cavern Quarter. The apartment is ideally located to visit several of Liverpool’s great museums, St George's Hall, theatres, galleries and shopping districts and it is a short drive away to Speke Hall and Croxteth Country Park. You can take a stroll around one of Liverpool’s many designer shops, bars, restaurants and cafes, there is something to suit every taste. Liverpool continues to produce fantastic live music and is remains passionate about its football too. With three fantastic local teams, Liverpool, Everton and Tranmere Rovers to choose from.
If you go on the Mersey Ferry from the Pier Head, hop off at the Seacombe Ferry Terminal and visit the Spaceport, a great place to learn more about the universe and its solar system. . You can even take a stroll along the promenade to Vale Park and New Brighton were you will see its famous lighthouse and of course Perch Rock.

How to get there
From the M62 to Bereys Buildings Leave the M62 and follow the signs for Liverpool City Centre A5058. Continue forward onto the A5047 and at the traffic signals turn right onto the A5038 (signposted Birkenhead, Wallasey). Continue forward onto the A57 and turn right on to the A5046. Turn left onto Bixteth Street and immediate left on to George Street. Bereys Buildings is located on the corner of Bixteth Street and George Street.
For your convenience and information the Postcode is L3 9LU. There is parking at Tempest Hey off Tithebarn Street or alternatively metered car parking can be found along Bixteth Street. There are a range of NCP carparks locally too.
From Chester to Bereys Buildings Travelling on the M53 from Chester towards Wallasey/Liverpool you will follow the signs for the Wallasey Tunnel. You will need £1.40 for the tollbooth, some tollbooths are staffed for drivers requiring change.
Proceed through the Tunnel and when you exit the Tunnel, head for the signpost Liverpool Dock Exit and continue forward. Turn left on to the A5036 then turn left on to the A5046. Turn left onto Bixteth Street and then immediate left on to George Street. Bereys Buildings is located on the corner of Bixteth Street and George Street. Moorfields Station is metres away and Lime Street Station, Paradise Bus Station and the coach station is within walking distance.
