Home description
Waterloo Warehouse is a listed building, originally built in 1867 by the Liverpool Dock engineer George Fosbery Lyster. It was built as a corn warehouse and had access to both the waterways and the rail system. It's conversion into apartments began in the late 1980's, with completion in 1995. A conservation order during the conversion resulted in most of it's original features being retained. These are visible in all the apartments and throughout the grand hallways. Today these apartments offer a lifestyle of luxury and comfort in one of Liverpool's most sought after addresses.
The apartment provides accommodation for up to a maximum of six people in two huge double bedrooms, ( one en suite ), fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, with spacious living and dining area offering splendid views of the river and dockland. Liverpool's historic waterfront boasts 300 years of maritime history, the area offers a range of attractions for visitors, all of which are within easy reach of Waterloo Warehouse.
