Menlove four star holiday home is located in the leafy and upmarket area of Mossley Hill, Liverpool 18. This fully equipped four bedroomed "home from home" is ideally positioned for your stay in the city of Liverpool.
The entrance to the house leads into an impressive hallway with Cloakroom/WC and doors to the large dining room and sitting room with satellite TV, DVD and WiFi. The stylish shaker style kitchen is extremely well equipped with dual fuel range cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The central island makes the kitchen a great place for informal drinks or dining.
Many established trees and shrubs make the lawned south facing garden peaceful and secluded. Patio doors from the sitting room lead onto the terrace with patio dining facilities and BBQ making for the perfect alfreso dining experience.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms, three double and one bunk twin a large family bathroom and ensuite shower room to the master bedroom. The all white, Egyptian cotton bedding and large white fluffy towels contribute to making your stay at Menlove as comfortable as possible.

A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and fresh juice is provided. Additional groceries can be supplied on request.
The central heating system includes a combination boiler and thermostatically controlled radiators in all rooms allowing the temperature throughout the house to be varied on a room by room basis. Hot water is instant and unlimited.
The house is double glazed throughout and equipped with an alarm system. There are smoke alarms installed on both floors.
Where bookings are made for longer than a week there is a complimentary full linen change service. Further housekeeping can be arranged if necessary.
A cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request.
A comprehensive manual in the house provides details of all services available and instructions for all appliances together with information on local amenities. All guests are checked in by the owners who are available throughout your stay to deal with any queries.

This area has a great Beatles heritage. John Lennon lived close by between 1946 and 1963 – Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane are right on the doorstep.
Allerton Road (a two minute walk away) is a destination in itself with its wide range of restaurants and bars together with many shops, banks and a 24 hour supermarket. A leisurely stroll will see you in the beautiful Calderstones Park. This is an area very well served by public transport links with frequent bus and rail services into the City.
The city centre is less than ten minutes away by car. Public transport in the city is very good and the house is very close to major bus routes serving the city centre. Mossley Hill rail station also within an easy walk.

We booked the house for four couples, the house accommodated this party size well. It is in a great location with a bus stop just a few steps from the door that takes you in to the city. There is a high street with butcher, fishmonger, supermarket so no shortage of supplies.
We had great weather and were able to enjoy the garden as well.
When dining we had to bring 2 of the outside chairs in to make seating for 8 but no major issue.
A great place to stay and Kirsten was always on hand to help.

"Beautiful house, great area, fantastic trip!"
The house was really lovely. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, absolutely clean. We stayed for two nights with a total of 6 adults and 3 children and would all highly recommend it.

"Beautiful house in ideal location to enjoy the best of Liverpool"
Fabulous house! Ideal for relaxing and exploring Liverpool (10 mins by cab to centre) or as a family base. 3 large double bedrooms and one smaller. Large reception rooms and well appointed kitchen (with all necessary utensils). Very flexible owner allowing key pick up and drop off. 2 sets of keys provided for larger group. Well kept garden with ample off street parking.
Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house in a great location. Stayed here with 7 friends and we all loved the house. Spacious, beautifully decorated and close to all amenities the house had everything. The owners were more than helpful. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!!

"a comfortable well-proportioned house in an excellent location"
the house was exactly as advertised. the garden was a bonus as we were fortunate to have good weather during our stay. taxis to the city centre are cheaper than taking a bus if there are more than four of you (as we found out by experience)! great bars and restaurants, as well as a large supermarket, within walking distance.

"Fabulous family accomodation, home from home"
This is a fantastic place to stay if you have children. My worst nightmare is having to stay in a hotel room with my children, as I don't sleep well at the best of times. Staying here is just like being at home, with the added bonus of babysitting service when we required it and all the services you may require from a hotel. We visited family and friends in the area and wanted to have our own space, as well as not bother them too much.

"Home from home, ideal location for exploring Liverpool"
We chose to stay here rather than a hotel as we were in Liverpool for a family wedding. With older children it was much better to have this house with all the room & facilities than being stuck in two hotel rooms. This house is equivalent to a 4/5 star hotel. Owners were very helpful & efficient.
