Home description

This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is situated just 20 minutes from Larnaca International airport. It is fully furnished and includes 1 bathroom/wet room, 1 double bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes, a large open plan living area, all modern fixtures and fittings and is close to Larnaca Town.

Situated in Livadhia on the Southern Coast of Cyprus, it is located on the second floor with terrific views of both the sea and mountains. The complex is very clean and well looked after and has a private entrance which ensures security.

There are two balconies, one off the bedroom and the other off the main living area so you can enjoy watching the beautiful sunsets over the Mediterranean Sea.

The Larnaca District

Cyprus weather is consistently hot in the summer months and very mild in the winter months. There are at least 330 days of sunshine which makes it an ideal all year round destination.

There are lots of places of interest in Cyprus with archaeological ruins in Paphos and plenty of museums in Nicosia the capital. Larnaca boasts an amazing salt lake with many migrating birds (incl. flamingos) arriving from all over the world.

Also there is a very active night life going on in the centre of Larnaca, with a wide selection of night clubs, bars and restaurants.


Livadhia area

Livadhia is a small traditional village and very Cypriot in culture. It's nearby all the amenities and only 20 minutes from the airport. The unique St. Savvas church is located there, as well as Cypriot taverns and restaurants.

For those of you who like a bit more of a 'lively' evening out, the bars and clubs of Ayia Napa are only a 30 min drive away.

There are a number of golf courses on the island, one due to be built soon, only 15 minutes away from Livadia itself and the beaches are only a short drive away and are filled with water sports, restaurants, bars and other leisure facilities.

Although we welcome all visitors whether smokers or non-smokers, we would ask that they respect our property and limit their smoking to the outside space (ie. verandas).

We have a Maintenance Company based in Kiti who are on hand for the duration of your stay and can also provide a welcome pack on your arrival as an optional extra.


Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.
