"A cosy, comfortable and beautifully designed house in a superb location."
We arrived at Ballaminers House to find a beautifully kept house, which was clean, comfortable and a real home from home. We also rented Stable Cottage, which was charming. There was plenty of room in the main house, and great that there were extra sitting rooms (as it turned out, one for teenagers and one for adults..!) After long days out at the beach in bracing weather, we really enjoyed coming back to a roaring fire and a game of scrabble!
The kitchen was brilliantly equipped and we enjoyed some fabulous meals after shopping at Rick Steins Delhi! All in all, we had great fun seeing in the New Year at this wonderful location!

"Memorable Stay In Cornwall"
We booked this property for Christmas and can honestly say that it ticked all the boxes for us .
The property was clean and very comfortable ,well equipped and tastefully furnished. The owners had been thoughtful having made up a fire ready for our arrival . Although it rained we had a great selection of dvds, board games and three televisions which meant that none of us were bored! We found the house was in a great location for beaches and also visits to other areas of the county. We have already mentioned the property to several friends and hope to return again soon.
