Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 2 mins walk. Note: Apartment is accessed by external steps from communal hallway and then flight of stairs. There is no lift. Note: Shared utility is accessed from the car park and has coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Little Haven area
The pretty village of Little Haven, is situated around a small cove on the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline. The village has a number of amenities including a selection of cafes, a bistro, pubs and a craft shop, plus a coastal footpath which runs along the cove and the fabulous beach which is a perfect place to relax with a good book. There are many attractions and places to visit within this part of Wales including St Davids, which is the smallest city in Wales and offers a wonderful cathedral, shops, tea rooms and restaurants. The county also offers many castles, mills and craft centres along with the attractions of Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park. Little Haven and the surrounding area has something for everyone at any time of the year.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
