The Cornwall region

Cornwall is a beautiful part of the British Isles. There is plenty to do for all ages. The rugged coastline, amazing sandy beaches, rolling countryside, and moorland wilderness are worth a visit.

There are so many attractions which include historical homes, incredible gardens, fishing villages and premier golfing facilities.

Liskeard

The historic market town of Liskeard is located in South East Cornwall, and is home to a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches and harbour of the quaint fishing ports of Looe & Polperro are a short drive away. Head to the world famous Eden Project for a superb day out. Fishing and watersports can be found at nearby Siblyback Lake, or if you enjoy Golfing, what better place for a round or two at the local championship golf course, St Mellion Country Club.

"Immaculate!"

I would definitely recommend this property for cleanliness and attention to detail. The property is privately owned and the owners have modernised it with great care. Everything we required had been thought of (corkscrew, iron, dishwasher tablets etc) The owners have clearly put a huge amount of thought into making sure every need was covered. We were personally greeted by the owners who walked us through how to work the heating, hot water etc. They provided an excellent welcome pack and a beautiful cream tea was laid out for our arrival. The only negative comment I can make is that the holiday village was pretty bland but as we were using it only as a base to visit the sights of Cornwalll it didn't really bother us.
