Situated 1 mile from the award-winning, picturesque village of St Neot, offering peace and seclusion and yet is a short drive off the A30 and A38 roads that link East and West Cornwall, meaning it is perfectly situated for touring, walking, cycling or relaxing in Cornwall with its wealth of beaches and attractions. The Jamaica Inn, made famous by the writer Daphne Du Maurier, is your local pub, with a great reputation for its food and the surroundings. Situated so centrally, you have your choice between the surfing beaches on the north coast or the secluded coves and fishing villages on the south coast. Other local attractions that are a must when staying in the region include to the proclaimed 'Eighth wonder of the world', The Eden Project, that combines education and excitement and Trago Mills shopping village, not forgetting Lanhydrock and Heligan to name but a few.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: reached via steep cottage stairs, 1 double with handbasin and 2 twin bedrooms, one with handbasin. Bathroom: on the first floor, spacious with bath, separate shower and WC. Shower room with WC. Lounge: with ample seating, TV, video, games console with a selection of games and woodburner in the original fireplace. Sitting room located off the lounge offering further seating, TV, DVD, woodburner and a selection of books and games. Very spacious conservatory with seating and unrivalled panoramic views over Cornwall's forgotten rugged moorlands with sea glimpses on fine days. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside: large enclosed garden reached through the conservatory. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog by arrangement, which must be kept on a lead when going through the farm area. Location: beach 11 miles, shops and pub approximately 1 mile. Arrival: 3.30pm.
