The apartment is in the heart of Lisbon and from there you can walk all over the city. Fully renovated, it combines of 3 bedroom - around 95 sqm, pleasant living room with great natural light with two very comfortable sofas. Conveniently located only half an hour away from the sea and from the mountain (Sintra).

Nearby: metro, tramcar stations and bus lines, pharmacy and Medical Centre (British Hospital) and other amenities; restaurants; shopping centres and supermarkets; libraries and art galleries; Olden Art Lisbon's Museum and the Callouste Gulbenkian's Museum and it's beautiful gardens and Eduardo VII's Park where you can have a marvellous view over the city S. George Castle and Tagus River.

1 – The House is located at the nice quarter of “Campo de Ourique”;
2 – Amoreiras Shopping Centre (10 minutes walking);
3 – British Hospital (5 minutes walking);
4 – Marques de Pombal square (The Main Square of Lisbon) (30 minutes walking);
5 – El Corte Inglês (35 minutes walking);
6 – Av. Da Liberdade (The main avenue of Lisbon) (30 minutes walking);
7 – Typical tramcar that goes up on the hills until the Lisbon Castel (5 minutes walking);
8 – Bairro Alto (Where you can find everything during the night: Pubs, discos, Portuguese typical fado song houses, punks’, design, etc…) (40 minutes walking or 15 minutes by tramcar);
9 – Highway coming from Liberty Bridge A2 (3 minuts driving);
10 - Lisbon’s Castle in tramcar will take more or less 30 minutes.

Elétricos (trams) clank through the streets, and blue-and-white azulejos (painted and glazed ceramic tiles) adorn churches, restaurants, and fountains.

70% On arrival

Refundable breakages deposit of (depending on your stay - 10% to 20%) required on arrival, to be refunded after a satisfactory property inspection.

10% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking. VALID ONLY FOR BOOKINGS IN THE HIGH SEASON

There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.
