Comfortable and modern, this 70m2 (750 sq ft) apartment is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding amenities, which include the Oceanarium (Europe´s largest aquarium), Lisbon´s Casino, the Vasco da Gama Tower, the Atlantic Pavillion, the Vasco da Gama state of the art shopping mall and countless riverside restaurants.
A private parking is available should you elect to bring a car, however the apartment is conveniently located near the renown Gare do Oriente, Lisbon´s main transportation hub, comprising Metro, Train and Bus stations, which provides easy access to the historic city centre.

Lisbon, the Sun Capital of Europe, is perfect for visiting year round. Its mild weather and temperatures throughout the year attract visitors from all parts of the world, fascinating them with its luminosity, so many times celebrated by poets.

As one of the oldest cities in Europe, Lisbon is a cosmopolitan city whose history spans the last 3.000 years and tells the tale of ancient civilizations that here dwelled. The Romans called it Felicitas Julia (Julius Hapiness) due to the happy times Julius Caesar here lived as governor. The Moors called it Al-Lixbuna. Remnants of their past can be seen in the ancient Roman Theatre and in Lisbon´s castle.

As the centre of the Portuguese Empire of the XV and XVI centuries (that "gave new worlds to the world"), Lisbon bears witness to the epic past of the Portuguese Discoveries in outstanding museums and historic monuments as the Orient Museum, the Jeronimos Monastery and the Belém Tower.

- Fly cheaply to Lisbon with www.easyjet.com or www.flytap.com
- Car Hire available at Lisbon International Airport (Avis / Hertz / Europcar / Sixt / National) , should you elect to rent a car for visiting other cities than Lisbon. For Lisbon itself, a car is not necessary.
- The apartment is located 5 km from Lisbon International Airport. The Taxi fare is less than 10 Euros , including luggage.
- Local Buses #5, #44, #208 and #708 run from the airport to within walking distance of the apartment at the Av.D.João II bus stop
- The apartment is located less than 1km from Lisbon´s main train station and transportation hub, the world renown Gare do Oriente
- The apartment is located 10 minutes by Taxi of the historic city centre. Taking the subway will take you to the historic city centre in about 20 min.

The apartment is new and sunny, having a facade facing south. Its eco-friendly build allows consumption waters to be heated by resorting to an innovative system which requires no gas or electricity. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is an environment sound system. An Electric Piano is in the living room

The apartment is cleaned for incoming guests and once a week thereafter bed linen and towels will be changed.

Booking conditions
- 25% deposit (non-refundable) is required on booking
- 75% deposit payable up to two weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer / Credit Card (thru Paypal) or by cash upon arrival. This deposit is refundable should cancellation occur prior to one week of arrival day.
- Guests are required to provide a copy of the ID Card at arrival
- A refundable damage deposit of EUR 100 per week rental is also required.To be refunded within 2 weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Included in the rental rates are:
Bed linens and towels provided on arrival and changed on a weekly basis.
All utility charges.
