You have every thing nearby (banks, shopping mall, supermarkets, tradicional comerce). You are also nearby: 1. One of the most important historic centres (Belém), 2. You are just 500m far from the river/sea, 3. 15 minutes from the city centre, 4. The nearest beach is about 5km, and extended for other beach till 20km far, you just have to pick the train (400m from your door) and choose the beach you want. 5. You have the bests night clubs of Lisbon near the river/sea (a strip with 25 km always at the sea side since Lisbon to Cascais . 6. Bus on 20m from the door), tram (350m), train (400m) and taxi station (400m), The two portuguese biggers Holmes Place ginasium are nearby. 7 Close to the main portuguese marinas - Lisbon, Oeiras and Cascais.
