St Jorge Castel,Mouraria,Alfama,Panteão,Feira da Ladra,you have got at least 3 to 4 look outs to get a wonderful view of this amazing city.You can also catch Metro, Bus (30,12,34,35,107,126) from CARRIS ....or go by foot to tagus River and catch the bus to Expo or to the oposite way to CASCAIS,ESTORIL ... you can also catch BUS 35 to cais sodré and then catch the train to CASCAIS,ESTORIL ...30 Minutes and you are there :) ... i think you will not get such a better place like this ,,, Luxury new flat with all the commodities situated in the heart of the old Lisbon neighborhoods

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
Lisbon (Portuguese: Lisboa, IPA: [liʒ'boɐ]) is the capital and largest city of Portugal. It is also the seat of the district of Lisbon and capital of the Lisbon region. How to get there
Take the plain to Portela airport than take a taxi.Prices around 10/15€ to Rua de Sapadores. Catch the bus From CARRIS to Cais do Sodré and then catch Bus nº 35 or 107 also from CARRIS and leave in Rua de Sapadores 2.6 € per person.

A deposit is required on booking and the balance is payable on cash. A refundable damage deposit of 200 euros per rental is also required at check in (refundable after check out or 7 days later if any damages caused). Included in the rental rates are: Private parking space(garage),Internet Access,bed linens and towels provided on arrival and changed on a weekly/day(optional) basis.

A lovely apartment. Very modern, very comfortable, very spacious, very secure, very clean and has everything you need for a self catering break and is in a great location. Lisbon centre is within easy reach on foot down hill and getting a taxi back up the hills cost buttons. As a family of four (kids of 15 and 12) the apartment was an excellent base for exploring Lisbon and its many museums and monuments - all steeped in history. We were in Lisbon for New Year and enjoyed a free concert in Praça do Comércio followed by a fabulous firework display at midnight.We strongly recommend Oceanário de Lisboa and Lisbon Zoo. The Zoo isn't massive but worth a visit for the Dolphins. We took a taxi to Sporting Lisbon (taxi only cost 7 euros) and did the stadium tour (very good - great guide) and we jumped the tram (1.30 euros) to Belem - very pretty. Take a stroll through Alfama, its like going back in time. I dealt with the owner by e mail and he was very helpful and we where met at the apartment on arrival by his lovely wife who also checked us out on departure and even arranged a taxi to the airport for us.
It has been a very comfortable stay in this flat. To have a covered garage is a real plus. Location is in Graça, a short way down from Alfama, but quite a steep way up, so we took a taxi every evening (which was very cheap).On the other hand the area was very nice with shops close by and friendly people. The flat is spotless clean,secure,silent and cosy, with everything you may need during your stay. Angelo and his family were very helpful and friendly. We really loved our holiday in Lisboa.

Very nice, very clean apartment.........not in the centre of the city but not difficult to get into town on the trolley which is close by........... There is a great restaurant about a block or two away.........one of the best meals we had in Portugal... I can't remember the name right now but it was recommended by Angelo (the agent handling the apartment). The apartment has one queen bed in the Master Bedroom and a bunkbed in the other bedroom........... It worked OK but I was expecting more separate beds (we were four unrelated adults and we made it work......... The patio is fine but I can't imagine spending much time there when Lisbon is what one comes to see........ Small point........could use a wastebasket in the Bathroom.
