Situated in the heart of the old Lisbon (Alfama,Mouraria,Graça) near Tagus river you are in one of the greatest places in Lisbon.from here you can go by foot almost too every touristic place ... St Jorge Castel,Mouraria,Alfama,Panteão,Feira da Ladra,you have got at least 3 to 4 look outs to get a wonderful view of this amazing city.You can also catch Metro, Bus (30,12,34,35,107,126) from CARRIS ....or go by foot to tagus River and catch the bus to Expo or to the oposite way to CASCAIS,ESTORIL ... you can also catch BUS 35 to cais sodré and then catch the train to CASCAIS,ESTORIL ...30 Minutes and you are there :) ... i think you will not get such a better place like this ,,, Luxury new flat with all the commodities situated in the heart of the old Lisbon neighborhoods

Lisbon (Portuguese: Lisboa, IPA: [liʒ'boɐ]) is the capital and largest city of Portugal. It is also the seat of the district of Lisbon and capital of the Lisbon region. Catch the bus From CARRIS to Cais do Sodré and then catch Bus nº 35 or 107 also from CARRIS and leave in Rua de Sapadores 2.6 € per person.

“fine apartment in a very central location” This apartment is centrally located in the old part of town. Everything was there as promised. Car park was handy as street parking seemed hard enough to come by.

“very good appartment - very good owner” Very nice appartment - and very helpfull ownwe - and the surroundings was good. Very close to baker and supermarket.

“A nice place to stay within distance of everything” Very good service without any problems at all. While we stayed there it was a good place to relax and when we wanted to go to the city-centre the taxis where just a few minutes away and the trip was about 5 minutes in car.

“great location” The appartement is ok, in a modern styl, and clean. The first bedroom is huge but the second "bedroom" (closed by curtain) with bunk beds is more recommanded for children than for adult because of the kind of mattress. We also experienced some noise from the appartement above because of the soundproofing. The location is great. There are many foodshop around. This area is safe and authentic with very good transport amenities.We managed to visit the city very easily. The owner is helpful, he did the reservation for the taxi for us. “Удобная квартира в Лиссабоне.” Очень удобная квартира в удобном месте в Лиссабоне. Не самый центр, зато тихо, до центра на трамвайчике или авто 5-10 минут. До Сан-Жоржи пешком 10 мин.. Удобный паркинг. район не туристический, кафешки и ресторанчики рядом - формата забегаловок для своих, но не отравитесь. Квартира двухкомнатная, в большой выгорожено место для двуэтажной кровати. Пятое место - либо диван (неразборный), либо матрац на полу. Чисто, посуды и прочего достаточно. WiFi есть. Терраса - с видом на внутренности дома, окна соседей и гараж. Хозяин дружелюбный, приятный в общении, все ок. Итого - твердые 4 балла для проживания в Лиссабоне с наличием авто.

“Globalement très satisfaisant” L'appartement est très bien situé avec toutes les commodités à moins de 5 minutes de marche (supermarché, magasins et surtout bus et tramways peu chers avec les pass journaliers à acheter à la boutique "jogos" d'à côté). L'environnement est calme. L'appartement est bien équipé et facile à vivre. Le parking en sous-sol avec accès direct est un plus. Un seul inconvénient : l'isolation phonique interne pourrait être meilleure.
