1.The info about prices is written on the website
2.The internet is not for week
3.Next time do questions first reserve after
4.The cleaning fee has not charged because we trust our clients but in your case i should have charge it.i think you found the apartment spotless .
5.At least the 30 bottles of alchool could be in the bin
Apart from that thank you for your stay and for the review and you are always welcome and you were also a great costumer

"Удобная квартира в Лиссабоне."
Очень удобная квартира в удобном месте в Лиссабоне. Не самый центр, зато тихо, до центра на трамвайчике или авто 5-10 минут. До Сан-Жоржи пешком 10 мин.. Удобный паркинг. район не туристический, кафешки и ресторанчики рядом - формата забегаловок для своих, но не отравитесь. Квартира двухкомнатная, в большой выгорожено место для двуэтажной кровати. Пятое место - либо диван (неразборный), либо матрац на полу. Чисто, посуды и прочего достаточно. WiFi есть. Терраса - с видом на внутренности дома, окна соседей и гараж.
Хозяин дружелюбный, приятный в общении, все ок.
Итого - твердые 4 балла для проживания в Лиссабоне с наличием авто.

Very nice appartment - and very helpfull ownwe - and the surroundings was good. Very close to baker and supermarket.

"A nice place to stay within distance of everything"
Very good service without any problems at all.
While we stayed there it was a good place to relax and when we wanted to go to the city-centre the taxis where just a few minutes away and the trip was about 5 minutes in car.

"Globalement très satisfaisant"
L'appartement est très bien situé avec toutes les commodités à moins de 5 minutes de marche (supermarché, magasins et surtout bus et tramways peu chers avec les pass journaliers à acheter à la boutique "jogos" d'à côté). L'environnement est calme. L'appartement est bien équipé et facile à vivre. Le parking en sous-sol avec accès direct est un plus. Un seul inconvénient : l'isolation phonique interne pourrait être meilleure.

The appartement is ok, in a modern styl, and clean.
The first bedroom is huge but the second "bedroom" (closed by curtain) with bunk beds is more recommanded for children than for adult because of the kind of mattress. We also experienced some noise from the appartement above because of the soundproofing.
The location is great. There are many foodshop around. This area is safe and authentic with very good transport amenities.We managed to visit the city very easily.
The owner is helpful, he did the reservation for the taxi for us.
