The Apartment

Fantastic apartment on the waterfront, directly overlooking the sea and a small harbour.
Swimming pool on the roof. Very near the train station to Estoril, Cascais and Lisbon. Few minute's walk from beaches and 15 km to 20 km from Estoril and Cascais.

The apartment is 120 m2 and is divided into entrance hall, large living room with fireplace and a wall to wall window with balcony overlooking the sea. Has a dining area. It has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and another bedroom suite with a double bed. Full kitchen and 2 bathrooms with bath and shower.

Is equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, heating, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, hair dryer, crockery, bed linen and towels.

Check-in and check-out hours are negotiable, but, as a rule, the check-in is done after 3pm and the check-out before 11,00am. There is a 25 euros charge if the check-in/out is done at night (between 9pm and 8am).

Cleaning: On departure
- Will be an English-speaking representative to receive guests on check-in and check-out and available to answer to any questions guests may have at any time.

Conditions

Check-in and check-out hours are negotiable, but, as a rule, the check-in is done after 15 pm and the check-out before11 am. There is a surcharge if the check-in/out is done at night (between 10pm and 7am).
A security deposit of 100 euros is payable on arrival and will be refunded in cash at check-out once the property has been inspected.
The Tenant receives 1 apartment key for the duration of the rental period.
At the end of the rental period the Tenant is to vacate the property and return the keys to the Advertiser. At the end of the rental period the Tenant should leave the property in similar condition to that in which it was found.


Payment of the rent amount: 30% on the booking date
Arrival payment method: Cash
Advanced payment method: Bank transfer (+ expenses)
Deposit:
- On the arrival at the apartment (150€)
- Payment method: Cash
- Refund: On departure of the apartment

When you book the Property with us you should return the completed Booking Form to us together with your payment for the Initial Deposit. Please note that the Initial Deposit is only refundable if you cancel your booking within seven days of receiving our written confirmation of your booking.
