O Sotão is a penthouse with an independent access from the rest of the building. From the top, you are greeted by a spectacular view of the Tagus River. Here you will be able to spend your days in comfort and style and wake up to the songs of birds.
The House is completely furnished & has 130m2 with a large living room (fire place), two large rooms (one with fire place), a smaller room, a complete bathroom and a complete kitchen.
Located half-way from everything of interest in the Lisbon area (10 minutes to down-town, 10 minutes to Estoril and 20 to Sintra. All the types of public transport are within easy reach.
The apartment is very near historical places such as Jeronimos or the Belem Tower (five minutes).
Restelo is one of the more calm neighborhoods in Lisbon and there is little car traffic and it is easy to park. It is also home to many embassies which ensure police 24h per day making it a safe environment.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

You will be located in Restelo, one of the more calm neighborhoods in Lisbon where there is little car traffic and it is easy to park. It is also home to many embassies which ensure police 24h per day making it a safe environment. Restelo is located half-way between lisbon and Cascais or sintra. It is next to Belem which has some of the most wonderful historical sites/buildings to see in Lisbon.
