From Lisbon Airport by Taxi (20 mn)
Cheap flights to Lisbon with www.easyjet.com , www.ryanair.com or www.monarch.com - great deals all year round plus flights every day.
Taxi ride from the airport - EUR12/EUR15 max
Alternatively take Aero Bus to Rossio Square - 30 mn- then take a taxi to the apartment.
Easy driving from the south of Portugal and the Algarve over the 25th Abril Bridge, we will send you a detailed map on request.

East facing to the street there is however a private sunny atrium with patio table, chairs and parasol for outdoor living. Furnished with a mixture of antique pieces plus comfortable beds and seating, the villa boasts all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable.

Transport is very easy with the modern tram and buses to the centre of the city from stops just outside the villa. A car is definitely not necessary, but street parking, and nearby car-park are free, if you wish to take advantage of villas great setting with its easy access that avoids the inner city traffic to the main roads South over the bridge, the Portuguese Riviera, Sintra and beyond. Sr Filip the owner of the restaurant in-front who speaks English is on hand if you need any help in an emergency.

The villa is on ground level with only one of the bedrooms up a flight of inside stairs making it very suitable for seniors or people with mobility problems.

Conditions

Strictly no smoking except on patio. A well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no cats.
Rates are all inclusive; there are no additional fees for utilities, cleaning or taxes. Maid service once a week, bed linen and towels changed weekly. Highchair, cot and baby linen €50 if required. Extra charge for firewood if open fire required. Security deposit against breakages is €100, returned on departure. Check-in after 4pm, check-out before 10am. We can be flexible about arrival time if you send us your travel schedule well in advance. Changeover day flexible. A non-returnable deposit of 30% required to secure booking, full payment due 8 weeks before arrival. For last minute bookings full amount is payable on confirmation. Consider purchasing travel insurance for protection against losses due to emergency change-of-plans. Rates and availability subject to change without notice.

We really had great time and loved Lisbon,also it was really cheap to get around to get to train stations and venture outside of city. Owners are very nice people and helped us with anything we needed,great communication! We had a computer and having internet was very nice option.
