- a bathroom with bathtub;
- a wc;
- a kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove and oven, dishwasher, washing and dryer machine, microwave and a fridge with freezer.
Second floor:
- a bedroom suite with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), walking closet and a bathroom with bathtub;

The building has an elevator.
All the rooms are provided with central heating and air conditioning.

You can choose to pay the booking deposit (15-35% of the total) through bank transfer or using credit card or your paypal account (please note that you will have an extra charge of 17 euros).
If you chose bank transfer you will be asked to register as a member;
An e-mail will be sent to you with your user name and password and a link to continue the booking process;
If you choose bank transfer, please be sure that all the expenses concerning the international transfer are supported by you as well as any other form of payment.
If you choose bank transfer you can also pay using moneybookers.com or paypal.com later on (please note that you will have an extra charge of 17 euros).
The receipt for the booking deposit should be received by fax or mail no more than 48 hours after making the reservation. The remainder must be paid in cash when checking in. (please remember, NO CASH, NO CHECK IN!)
During the booking process we will ask you to leave your credit card details to be used as a damage deposit or in case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival or reducing the number of nights according to our policies described in this document. The data will be destroyed 7 days after your departure.
Please note that the maximum withdrawal in a Portuguese ATM machine is 200 € and the maximum daily withdrawal is 400 €.

Only one promotion is valid per reservation unless stated otherwise.
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in is after 4 PM (You can always come after 11 to leave you luggage and get the keys, but if we have someone else leaving on the same day the apartment won't be ready before 4 PM).
Check-out is until 11 AM.
In labour days, you can leave the luggage in our office before 11AM in the day of your check-in and/or after 4PM in the day of your check-out (5 € fee)
Please call us 30 minutes before your arrival.
Check-in Monday to Friday from 4PM to 9:30PM is free of charge, except on Portuguese public holidays.
Particular situations:
- additional 30 Euro for check-in from 9:30 PM to 00:00 AM everyday;
- additional 45 Euro for check-in from 00:00 AM to 8:30 AM everyday;
- additional 25 Euro for check-in on Week-ends and on Portuguese public holidays till 9:30 PM.
Please note that, for security reasons, you must bring a copy of your id card or passport when you check-in, otherwise we will have to take it and you will be asked to come to our office to take it back. Kindly note that we will need either a copy of your credit card or let us copy the information in it. You will also be requested to fill a form allowing us to charge the credit card in case of possible damage occurring in the apartment. If you prefer you can send both by fax or e-mail before your arrival.
The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
Lisbon is the capital city and largest city of Portugal with a population of 545,245 within its administrative limits on a land area of 84.8 km2 (33 sq mi). The urban area of Lisbon extends beyond the administrative city limits with a population of 3 million on an area of958 km2 (370 sq mi), making it the 9th most populous urban area in the European Union. About 2,831,000 people live in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area (which represents approximately 27% of the population of the country). Lisbon is the westernmost large city located in Europe, as well as its westernmost capital city and the only one along the Atlantic coast. It lies in the western Iberian Peninsula on the Atlantic Ocean and the Tagus River.
The Lisbon / Chiado area
Chiado as re-emerged from the ashes of the big fire in 1988 after about 10 years. All the investment made in the renewing of this area, conciliating elegance of the past with the modern needs of comfort and design made this the most appreciated and expensive neighborhood of central Lisbon.
Chiado is considered the most beautiful area of historic Lisbon. It was a place of residence of the Portuguese royalty and of the political and cultural elites. Nearby are located the theatre S. Luis and the opera S. Carlos. A little further is Camões square (Praça de Camões), next to Bairro Alto, picturesque but raffish. Part of Lisbon's nightlife is concentrated in this quarter, where you can hear 'fados' being sung in some restaurants and cafés. Chiado and Bairro Alto are where locals and tourists meet, with elegant hotels, old cafés and the best international fashion shops. The flats are also a few minutes walking to a lot of trendy shops, and to the famous café Brasileira.
A 5 minutes walk takes you to the the funicular Bica and also to Rossio, in Baixa, the neighbourhood rebuilt after the earthquake of 1755. In the direction of the river, you can find Praça do Comércio, centre of the old Portuguese empire near the river Tejo (Tagus river).
It is close to shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, cash machines, public transports (inc subway station Baixa/Chiado station 50 meters away and electric trams) 24 hour taxi stands, etc. Also in the same square there are a pharmacy and a post office, as well as grocery shops within 5 minutes walking.
