This apartment located in the typical district of Alfama and very close to several Lisbon icons, such as the famous flea market at Campo de Santa Clara or the National Pantheon takes us to experience unique sensations. Enjoy the travel in Tram 28 or walk narrow streets, discovering the local commerce, view points with dazzling sights or typical taverns.

One of the bathrooms has a Hydromassage Collum.

Reservation procedure:

You can choose to pay the booking deposit (30% of the total) through bank transfer or using your paypal account.

The receipt for the booking deposit should be received by mail no more than 48 hours after making the reservation. The remainder must be paid in cash when checking in.

A 150€ damage deposit will be requested upon check in. This will be returned in the end of the stay after confirmation that there are no damages to report.

Please note that the maximum withdrawal in a Portuguese ATM machine is 200 € and the maximum daily withdrawal is 400 €.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation with more than 15 days before arrival: 80% of booking deposit, refund.

Cancellation with more than 5 days and less than 15 days (<=15d) before arrival - 50% of booking deposit, refund.

Cancellation with less than 5 days (<=5d) before arrival - no refund .

Please bear in mind that all the expenses concerning the refund will be supported by you.

Check-in is after 4 pm (Other arrangments may be possible. Please check with the owner)
Check-out is until 12 am

10% discount: for stays of 7 nights or more
15% discount: for stays of 14 nights or more


Please note that, for security reasons, you must bring a copy of your id card or passport. .

Cleaning and maintenance:

The apartment will be cleaned prior to the arrival of each tenant.
When leaving, the tenant is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.

Number of guests:
You must inform InnLisbon about the number and age of the guests.
The number of persons who may use the apartment shall not exceed the number of persons allocated for the apartment, except for children under 3 years of age.

Children under 3 years old stay for free.

The Lisbon / Alfama area

Alfama is the oldest and one of the most typical districts of Lisbon. The best way to know it is to get lost on the narrow cobblestone alleyways, and patios linked by countless stairs going from the hill of the Castle of S. Jorge to River Tagus, where neighbours know each other and talk door to door.
There are typical groceries, patios, restaurants and taverns that fill up the streets in the summer with tables and cook sardines in the streets.
Some of the most beautiful glances over Lisbon are taken from the Miradouro Portas do Sol and from Miradouro Santa Luzia. The most important monuments of the area are the Castle of S. Jorge, Lisbon Cathedral, Monastery of St. Vincent Outside the Walls, and the National Pantheon.
Near the National Pantheon, in Campo de Santa Clara, is placed the oldest market of Lisbon, the famous Feira da Ladra. Every Tuesdays and Saturdays since sunrise to dawn the vender’s display their products in tables, tents or linens scattered on the floor, selling books, clothes, old records, shoes, photographs, and everything your mind can imagine.
You are also very close to the Fado and Portuguese guitar Museum: Situated at Largo do Chafariz de Dentro. It is a place where you can have a historical visit through the most traditional Portuguese music-Fado- and famous Portuguese fado singers like Amalia Rodrigues, Carlos do Carmo and Mariza.

“8-star appartment” If you want to visit THE Lisbon, where the people live and the tourist don't come: this is THE place to be. Where the fado is NOT in the tourist-restaurants, but in the street where the restaurant tables are in between the parked cars. The appartment is SUPER, and the host great! he takes all the time in the world to show you where to go and what to see. A minibar against costs, and a basket of free gifts makes it complete. Not in the least his wife, transporting you back to the airfield! I never ever have experienced such hospitality! THE place in Lisbon, unless you don't like walking, and prefer Harrods around the corner, of course ...

“A home from home in a wonderful city” The owner has thought of everything that you could possibly want, including a nespresso machine. He provided the directions in Portugese & we were only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport as a result. The apartment is situated in the lovely Alfama district, serviced by the wonderful quaint 28 tram which you must experience. 20 minutes walk to the heart of Lisbon with lots of treasures to view on route. We look forward to our return visit to stay in this very comfortable apartment.

“A superb choice - you won't be dissapointed” We were delighted with our choice to stay at InnLisbon - the apartment, location and service were all spot on. The apartment: This was very well equipped, extremely clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Location: The location is ideal - Alfama is a lovely part of the city, with great views and the apartment is very close to the Tram 28 (a major tourist attraction). Most tourist attractions are within walking distance + Lisbon is very easy to navigate. The apartment is easy to find a s it is close to a Church that is visible from many parts of the downtown city area. Service: Rui has gone the extra mile to offer good service. From the directions to the taxi driver, to spending his wedding anniversary evening showing us his handy map with top tourist information, to driving us back to the airport - the service was A star. Booking was also very simple and Rui was very responsive to all questions and requests prior to the visit. Lisbon - if you like city breaks, great views and visiting monuments and Museums then this is the place for you! We would absolutely recommend staying at InnLisbon and plan to visit again!

“Relaxing, well-situated and well-equipped flat in central Lisbon” The apartment is located in a calm part of the old town between Alfama and Graca, with trams passing nearby. The Church of Santa Engracia/National Pantheon can be used as landmark in order to find the way, by foot or by car. Anyway, we greatly appreciated that Rui, the manager, showed us the way from the airport. Free parking lots are within 150-250m walk. There are small stores nearby, Medium size grocery stores are located in Graca, 500m away. Inside, the flat is very pleasant, well kept and well equipped. Even though we stayed in January, the flat was warm and we never used the extra radiators. We were five people (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 child) and the size was appropriate for us.

“Very enjoyable holiday in Alfama” We really enjoyed this comfortable apartment with tasteful interior decorations. Its location is very convenient to discover Alfama. It is close to the tram stop, shops and Santa Apolonia station. Rui is very welcoming and give them useful advice. His wife took us to the airport. “We loved the decor, cleanliness, and location of the apartment!” The owners of the apartment were super nice and accomodating! He pointed out places for us to visit and even took us to the airport on our last day! The apt was clean and toddler friendly. He provided us with two cribs! We liked the Alfama district and the fact that the trolley stop was literally outside their door. The restaurant next door with tile roofed was delicious (recommended by the owner.

“Great location, owner more than helpful” From the portuguese directions to give the taxi driver at the airport, being met by Rui at the apartment with a full supply of maps, suggestions and things to do and how to get there, to the lift to the bus station at the end of our stay we couldn't have been happier. A great location right next to the tram and a short walk to the rail, great local eateries all around and in walking distance to the castle, markets and other sights. Top spot.

“Great way to experience Lisbon” InnLisbon is an immaculately presented apartment in the heart of one of Lisbon's most atmospheric districts. Customer service is great, and plenty of thought has gone into making the apartment as comfortable for the visitor as possible. Our group contained 4 adults, and we fitted in comfortably. There is nothing at all really to dislike about the apartment, though you need to be aware that if you are to stay in the Alfama district, you need to be prepared to tackle a few hills!

“Fantastic duplex in the heart of old Lisbon” We had a lovely stay with our two daughters (aged 8 and 1) in this cosy apartment. The place was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and the location is excellent (close to tram and bus 28, and very quiet). The apartment is very well equipped, and family-friendly (cot and highchair included, plus safety gates and even socket protectors). Rui, the owner, is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back next time we visit Portugal!

“Comfortabel en proper appartement, ideale uitvalsbasis om Lissabon te verkennen” Het appartement is comfortabel, proper en stijlvol ingericht en gelegen in de typische Alfama-wijk. Een ideale uitvalsbasis dus om het mooie Lissabon te verkennen! Het welkomstmandje met specialiteiten uit Portugal was een smakelijke attentie. We werden op een heel vriendelijke manier ontvangen door eigenaar Rui die ons uitgebreide en interessante informatie over Lissabon en omstreken gaf en ons zelf naar de luchthaven bracht.

“Appartamento delizioso” L'appartamento è molto bello e arredato con gusto, tutto perfettamente a misura di bimbo. Ci sono addirittura i cancelli sulle scale per evitare dannosi tentativi di esplorazione. Proprietario disponibilissimo e cordiale. Grazie ancora di tutto.
