The apartment was completely renovated in 2010.

One of the bathrooms has a Hydromassage Collum.
In wintertime the apartment is heated with electric heaters.
You can choose to pay the booking deposit (30% of the total) through bank transfer or using your paypal account.
The receipt for the booking deposit should be received by mail no more than 48 hours after making the reservation. The remainder must be paid in cash when checking in.
A 150€ damage deposit will be requested upon check in. This will be returned in the end of the stay after confirmation that there are no damages to report.
Please note that the maximum withdrawal in a Portuguese ATM machine is 200 € and the maximum daily withdrawal is 400 €.
Cancellation with more than 15 days before arrival: 80% of booking deposit, refund.
Cancellation with more than 5 days and less than 15 days (<=15d) before arrival - 50% of booking deposit, refund.
Cancellation with less than 5 days (<=5d) before arrival - no refund .
Please bear in mind that all the expenses concerning the refund will be supported by you.

10% discount: for stays of 7 nights or more

Cleaning and maintenance:
The apartment will be cleaned prior to the arrival of each tenant.
When leaving, the tenant is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.
Number of guests:
You must inform InnLisbon about the number and age of the guests.
The number of persons who may use the apartment shall not exceed the number of persons allocated for the apartment, except for children under 3 years of age.
Children under 3 years old stay for free.

The Lisbon / Alfama area
Alfama is the oldest and one of the most typical districts of Lisbon. The best way to know it is to get lost on the narrow cobblestone alleyways, and patios linked by countless stairs going from the hill of the Castle of S. Jorge to River Tagus, where neighbours know each other and talk door to door.
There are typical groceries, patios, restaurants and taverns that fill up the streets in the summer with tables and cook sardines in the streets.
Some of the most beautiful glances over Lisbon are taken from the Miradouro Portas do Sol and from Miradouro Santa Luzia. The most important monuments of the area are the Castle of S. Jorge, Lisbon Cathedral, Monastery of St. Vincent Outside the Walls, and the National Pantheon.
Near the National Pantheon, in Campo de Santa Clara, is placed the oldest market of Lisbon, the famous Feira da Ladra. Every Tuesdays and Saturdays since sunrise to dawn the vender’s display their products in tables, tents or linens scattered on the floor, selling books, clothes, old records, shoes, photographs, and everything your mind can imagine.
You are also very close to the Fado and Portuguese guitar Museum: Situated at Largo do Chafariz de Dentro. It is a place where you can have a historical visit through the most traditional Portuguese music-Fado- and famous Portuguese fado singers like Amalia Rodrigues, Carlos do Carmo and Mariza.

If you want to visit THE Lisbon, where the people live and the tourist don't come: this is THE place to be. Where the fado is NOT in the tourist-restaurants, but in the street where the restaurant tables are in between the parked cars. The appartment is SUPER, and the host great! he takes all the time in the world to show you where to go and what to see. A minibar against costs, and a basket of free gifts makes it complete. Not in the least his wife, transporting you back to the airfield! I never ever have experienced such hospitality! THE place in Lisbon, unless you don't like walking, and prefer Harrods around the corner, of course ...

The owner has thought of everything that you could possibly want, including a nespresso machine. He provided the directions in Portugese & we were only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport as a result. The apartment is situated in the lovely Alfama district, serviced by the wonderful quaint 28 tram which you must experience. 20 minutes walk to the heart of Lisbon with lots of treasures to view on route. We look forward to our return visit to stay in this very comfortable apartment.

We were delighted with our choice to stay at InnLisbon - the apartment, location and service were all spot on.
The apartment: This was very well equipped, extremely clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.
Location: The location is ideal - Alfama is a lovely part of the city, with great views and the apartment is very close to the Tram 28 (a major tourist attraction). Most tourist attractions are within walking distance + Lisbon is very easy to navigate. The apartment is easy to find a s it is close to a Church that is visible from many parts of the downtown city area.
Service: Rui has gone the extra mile to offer good service. From the directions to the taxi driver, to spending his wedding anniversary evening showing us his handy map with top tourist information, to driving us back to the airport - the service was A star. Booking was also very simple and Rui was very responsive to all questions and requests prior to the visit.
Lisbon - if you like city breaks, great views and visiting monuments and Museums then this is the place for you!
We would absolutely recommend staying at InnLisbon and plan to visit again!
