One bedroom apartment on the ground-floor in a quiet neighbourhood within a 10 minute walk of the centre of Belem, where you will find many outdoor cafes such as the famous "Pasteis de Nata" bakery, restaurants and little shops. Last minute 3 nights for 100€ until August.
The apartment consists of a living with two lounge chairs, and bedroom with twin beds and a fold up bed in a closed varanda just off the bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a completely furnished kitchen with fridge, microwave,toaster and kettle plus a table and chairs.

Conditions
Minimum stay 2 days (perfect for long weekends). Arrival after 3pm & departure before 11.30am. Someone will be at the address to give you the keys. Payment by Pay Pal. The rental is confirmed as soon as we receive 50% of the payment on our bank account of by Paypal. Annulation/restitution is possible till 2 weeks before the rental date. At arrival we ask a caution of 50€, which is returned at the end of the period. April/May/June 46€ per day July/August/September 60€ per day.The cleaning of the apartment afterwards is included.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
Lisbon, the city of seven hills, has been the capital of Portugal since the 12th century. It has a long history that can be experienced in the old neighbourhoods, which may be visited by foot or tram. The Atlantic climate offers wonderful conditions to travel all year round.
Famous area due to the discoveries era with famous cultural buildings such as Mosteiro dos Jeronimos, Padrão dos Descobrimentos and Torre de Belém.
You can also enjoy musical shows and exibihtions in Centro Cultural de Belem, and absorve all information you want about the European Union in Jacques Delors Fundation.
Here you can surely experience the traditional Portuguese way of life. It is a mainly residential area and there are also a large number of trading shops and services.
The Lisbon / Belem area
The apartment is located in one of the most famous district of Lisbon - Belem, just a few minutes away from the river and the famous "Pasteis de Nata" bakery.
Belem has many museums and is one of the cultural highlights of a trip to Lisbon: Carriage museum, the Maritime museum, the modern Cultural Centre of Belem with its museums and music exhibitions and other places of interest, like the Jeronimos monestery, the Planetarium, the Presidential Palace, the tropical Botanical Garden, etc. There is easy access to the riverside with its many outdoor cafes, Monuments, the Electricity museum and a nice walkway.
Belem is well served by public transport:; by tramway or by bus to the centre of Lisbon or to the Expo, by ferryboat to the other side of the river or by train to Estoril and Cascais.
Particular recommendations are the al fresco restaurants facing the gardens where people can eat for 10 euros a head.
