With all transportation at the door step - the famous 28 tram line, busand subway station only 200m far - trade surrounding the residence (many shops, markets, post offices, restaurants, etc.) and at the level of the River Tagus, near Castelo de S. Jorge, Sé, Bairro Alto, Rossio, Alfama and Mouraria, some of the historic areas of the city.
