You will particularly enjoy staying on board Casa, she is a 12m Jeaneau Sun Odissey, with two double bedrooms and a pull out double sofa bed. Her kitchen is equipped for you to use, if you want to prepare a simple meal rather than eat out every night.
She has a shower room with hot and cold fresh water. On board are also various electric sockets for you to plug in and use all your devices (Please remember to bring a converter). All bedding is provided, on site is also a laundry room, which is available for you to use.
Outside in the cockpit area you can sit about relaxing and socializing. There is a table for alfresco dining, you can relax and enjoy a bottle or two of wine or a family game of cards.

On site at the Oeiras Marina, is a great restaurant called Peter Sport Café, which is used by locals and visiting international yachtsman and holiday makers to the area. To get into the centre of Lisbon is easy from here, a fifteen minute walk to the station, and a twenty five minute train journey takes you to Cais do Sodre in the centre. In Cais do Sodre, you could catch the boat across to the Almada on the south side of Lisbon, or use the subway to whiz about the city. Staying on Casa in the Oeiras Marina will enable you to enjoy a city site seeing break, but with the bonus of returning to the boat, and sitting by the sea for your evening meal.
Next to the marina there is a fresh sea water oceanic swimming pool and a sandy beach, ideal for a refreshing quick dip after a day's exploring the city of Lisbon.
Within ten minutes of your accommodation is a traditional Portuguese market, selling fresh local produce, such as bread, meat and vegetables as well as a haberdashery items and gifts. But if you just need a few items for the boat the local supermarket is called Pingo Doce and is situated locally.
Places of interest nearby are the Manor house of the Marquess of Pombal, the French inspired gradens of the Royal Palace of Caixas. You can see the beautiful intricate mosaics, remnants of the Roman occupation located along the Rue das Alcassimas. Other points of interest are the Fabrica de Polvora (gun powder factory) and the Poets Park, a green and lush area with statues of Portuguese poets and writers, ideal for resting with a picnic in the middle of the day, when the sun is at its highest. In the evening before dinner, why not join the locals and stroll along the Martime Walkway which links Alges to the Torre beach stopping for a little light refreshment before your evening meal.
