The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

Portugal is knowned by nice weather all year round. Lisbon can be called one of the most fortunate cities still to be explored. With warm to hot weather from March till October can be a good escape for city and leisure live. Surrounded by the Atlantic you can get to the beach in 20 minutes, transports are well organised and the coutry live can be as well as 20 minutes from you. Sintra is 12 km away and 20 minutes by train and so Casacais.
The city centre is Baixa where the apartment is located it is a quiet area at nigth.

Lisbon / Central Lisbon area

The city centre is Baixa where the apartment is located can offer you plenty of nice sea food restaurants where "fado" is played , theatres, cinema, parks and nigth live. The new casino and Oceanarium ( an amaising aquarium ) are located in Expo 10 minutes by cab can be another choice.
There is also a public swiming pool ( good for children also ) in our street.

How to get there

- Fly cheap to Lisbon with www.easyjet.com , www.ryanair.com or www.monarch.com - they have great deals all year round
- You can rent a car in www.avis.pt , the apartment is located 10km from the Lisbon International Airport - rigth in the city centre, if flying to Lisbon NO CAR NEEDED
- By cab you will take around 10 minutes to get to the house, they will chrge you around 12 - 15 euro with the lugage
- Can also take the Aero Bus or the 83 Bus to Rossio Square

Situated in the second floor ( not very high ), double glazzing in every window, two bedrooms ( one is a suite ), very big living room with lots of ligth and new full equipped kitchen. Two balconies with a pleasent view .

Located in Rua de Santo Antão where everything happens, theatre, musicals, concerts and the finest restaurants are all there. 2 Minutes from the Tube / underground of Restauradores, 2 minutes from a car park, 2 minutes from the post office, supermarket, gym with swimming pool, police station, pharmacy...you name it and its there.

Conditions

-The payment of the reservation ( 50% ) wich is not refundable must be made by bank transfer or by postal money order ( we supply the details by e-mail confirmation )
-When you arrive you must leave a deposit of 100 euros, which the owner will keep until the keys are returned to him and are no damages
-The payment must be made in cash and beforehand, when the keys are handedover
-The person who occupy the apartment must hand over a copy of their identity card
- Deposits are not refundable

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
-Special rate if booked for Christmas and New Year
- Prices are quoted for 4 persons per week
- Daily prices 115 - 135 euros. Prices for 2- 4 persons. For each more person add 10 euros a day. Damage deposit of 150 euros.
Check in after 2 pm and check out before 10,00 am. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day.
