The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
Portugal is known for its nice weather all year round. Lisbon can be called one of the most fortunate cities still to be explored.
With warm to hot weather from March till October can be a good escape for city and leisure experiences. Surrounded by the Atlantic sea, the beach can be just 30 minutes away by public transports, that are very well organised. The country side can also be 30minutes away.
Amazing cities like Sintra, Cascais, Òbidos or Fátima can be visited on a return day trip.
Lisbon / Central Lisbon area
Baixa / Restauradores is where our apartment is located. It is one of the most traditional streets, as it offers a great variety of shopping, eating and leisure. Being parallel to Av. da Liberdade, we are also offered the choice of innumerable luxurious restaurants and shops.
The new Lisbon Casino and the Oceanarium (an amazing aquarium ) are located 10 minutes away by taxi. Fortunately Taxis are still affordable in Portugal.
Though we are centrally located, our street gets calm pretty early at night, restaurants stop serving around 10.30 pm and there are no clubs or bars around us.

- Fly cheap to Lisbon with www.easyjet.com , www.ryanair.com or www.monarch.com , www.tapairportugal.pt - they make great deals all year round - Rent a car in www.ealuguerdecarros.pt/ or www.avis.pt , the apartment is located 10km from the Lisbon International Airport - rigth in the city centre, if flying to Lisbon NO CAR NEEDED - By cab you will take around 10 minutes to get to the house, they will chrge you around 15 euro with the lugage - Can also take the Aero Bus or the 83 Bus to Rossio Square

Further details outdoors: Located in Rua Portas de Santo Antão, is less then 5 minutes walk away from: - Restauradores tube / underground station - Rossio railway station - Car park - supermarket, pharmacy, post office, tourism office, high street shops, antiques, old books, football, handicrafts shops, restaurants, theatres, gym with swimming pool...I guess you name it and it's there.

-The payment of the reservation ( 50% ) is not refundable in case of cancellation and is made usually by bank transfer -On the arrival the remain of the payment should be made when the keys are handed over -The guest who occupy the apartment should have a copy of their id.
