It’s really a nice villa, in a very peaceful area, directly on the beach, with a large swimming pool with salt water and with a big integrated Jacuzzi. Ideal for people who are looking for tranquility and want to stay quiet.
There is big thai sala from 3.60 meter for massage or to put rocking chairs and where it is also possible to eat for a lot of people, directly in front of the sea.
There are 3 large bedrooms : 2 beachfront rooms with full opening windows on both sides, with direct access to the private swimming pool and the sea. Every bedroom has his private bathroom with Jacuzzi and direct view to the sea. The 3rd bedroom is in the back, and has also a private bathroom. There is a wonderful living room and a kitchen also with bathroom. All furniture is very good tasting.
In the back, but always in the limit of the property, protected by the wall, there is a nice garden, a parking and an additional 2 stages private house, with opening kitchen and bar on the floor, and at 1st step, 1 bedroom with bathroom.
All the property is under alarm and there is 2 staffs all the year.
As neighbours in the left a very quiet villa rarely occupied, on the right a free land with a nice klong, which is also my property (I think, I shall open the wall between the both properties to offer more place and opportunities to the clients). On the back, all is free land, nothing to disturb holyday and in the front, the sea with the 5 National Park Islands and the incredible sunset.

The Koh Samui region
Koh Samui is situated off the East coast in Southern Thailand. His surface area is about 250 square kilometres, it is the third largest island of the Kingdom after Phuket and Koh Chang.
The climate is very pleasant all year round, with temperatures varying between 25 and 34 degrees Celsius. There are three seasons, warm and dry season from February till May, rainy season from the end of September till November and "cool" season which extends from October till January. From February till October, the average temperature is from 32 to 38 degrees, but from July till September, there can be some showers, but only for a few hours.
Rainy season often amounts in fact to some "refreshing"showers followed by the return of the sun.
The climate is tropical so very humid all year round, but Samui remains always refreshed by a pleasant sea breeze blowing from the Gulf.
Lipa Noi area
Lipa Noi is a very little part of the island, very quiet and savage.
The island is plenty of tourist activities like jungle trip, zoo, aquarium, snake farm, monkey theatre, grandfather and grandmother, waterfalls, water activities...
